We do perform regular maintenance on the property as vacancy allows and will note to have our maintenance team inspect and address any gutter issues that may need attention. The home continues to be serviced by the same licensed pest control company it has always used. However, please keep in mind that this time of year is peak season for spider webs in the Smoky Mountains — they can reappear quickly despite our best efforts to remove them during cleanings. If you had needed additional towels during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send over more right away. We truly appreciate your input and are glad to hear your family enjoyed the location and time together.

While the lodge offers a peaceful mountain setting, travel times can sometimes feel a bit longer than expected depending on traffic and your destination.
