Guest access
Guest will have access to both houses, pool and a large fenced yard. Guests do not have access to other exterior buildings or garages
Other things to note
Pool is not currently heated but has a heater option. ***Pool Heating***
The pool isn't heated however we do offer it as an option. The cost of heating is below depending the months of the year. If you request heating please notify us at least 5 days prior to your arrival. We would charge for all nights reserved. We will be heating the pool starting at 6am prior to your arrival check in so that the pool is warm when you arrive. Pool will be heated at 80 degrees.

November - March $180 Per day
2 day minimum. Charged in 24 hour increments.
Main house has central air conditioning and heater. Guest house has swamp cooler for cooling, a mini split in the bedroom with the bunk bed and a mini split in the living room and wall units for heating. Guest house master bedroom does have wall air conditioning.
There are three exterior cameras for security purposes only. One above the front door, one looking down the driveway and one on the south side of the porch/walkway. Registration number
