This 3-bed, 2-bath home sleeps up to 7 guests. You have access to the entire 2-story loft, deck area, and the garage. Guests can park 1 car inside of the garage and 2 cars outside of the garage totaling in 3 parking spots. This unit is accessed through the second story of the home.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located right on Neptune Ave, a famous street where pedestrians and bicyclists cruise down the stunning California coastline. Close to many prime beach spots, restaurants, and shops, you can find magic on a short walk in either direction!

Getting Around:
For longer journeys, local buses and rideshare services are always available. Nearby PCH offers quick access to other nearby beach cities giving you unlimited access to explore all of what Southern California has to offer.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood of Encinitas with strict house rules and is only suitable for quiet groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
