Stunning salt-water pool home with games and more!

Welcome to The Happy Elephant!
This spectacular home has been professionally designed top to bottom. The resort-style backyard includes all the amenities to host multiple families, a bachelor/bachelorette party, or large groups. The open concept living area offers provides a large living room, indoor and outdoor dining spaces for the entire group, and a lavish kitchen. Guests of all ages can enjoy the new saltwater pool (with basketball hoop), barbecue and fire pit, as well as lots of games.
-Pool heating is $75/day. Spa heating is included for free. At winter, heating the pool takes ~10 hours. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival.
-Pets are allowed and must be approved by host. There is an addition $150 pet fee.

BEDROOMS/BATHS:
- 6 bedrooms all equipped with comfortable beds and smart TV's
- 4 full bathrooms fully stocked with towels and toiletries.
- TV in every bedroom with YouTube TV
- High speed internet throughout the home

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM:
- Fully equipped with plenty of dishes for large groups.
- Keurig duo coffee maker, extra fridge in garage.
- Plenty of seating at the dining table, and kitchen island.
- Sonos speakers outdoor and in the kitchen-living room open space area.
- 85" smart TV in living room.
- Slate Pool Table and smart TV in game room

OUTDOOR:
- New saltwater pool and spa with a baja lounge shelf (in water lounge chairs)
- Sunken grill and lounge area equipped with a barbecue, outdoor TV, swim-up bar, and fire pit
- Giant outdoor chess board, ping pong table, corn-hole, and basketball hoop in pool
- Additional comfy outdoor hangout area with a large screen TV
- Poolside daybed and layout chairs
- Grass play area and hammock
- Sonos sound bar

- 2 spot in the garage, 3 in the driveway, plus street parking
- Tesla charger and adapter available for use

Fun house!

This house was great for us, the beds were comfortable, plus plenty of extra linens and double washer/dryers which makes laundry a breeze. We were there 2 weeks, the backyard was full of fun things to do and the teens really enjoyed the pool table. The manager was VERY fast to respond to questions, and we would definitely rent again. If I had two little suggestions…put the floor plan up on the website, helpful to know the bathroom/bedroom layout in advance. The biggest thing would be to change interior bedroom/bathroom doors to solid core. There’s no soundproofing, which would be my only glitch. Other than that, HIGHLY recommend!
