Host was quick to respond. Great space, huge patio next to the pool area. Great location steps away from the beach. Make sure to take advantage of the beach chairs.

Close to beach with great amenities!

Property was clean. Great pool right outside the room. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Staff were very attentive and polite and parking was easy. Overall, great place with great perks!

Great Location

Perfect location and enjoyed the W amenities like reserved beach chairs, pools, etc. Condo was very convenient to the quiet pool. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken our last day and the door to the pool deck constantly slamming shut early in the morning should be addressed. Great condo in a peaceful location.

Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The property was conveniently located to the beach and several great restaurants and bars. However, we were disappointed with the lack of a beach view from our room and that the outdoor patio area was pretty exposed to neighbors/other units and one of the swimming pools. Our host was phenomenal with communication and extremely helpful.

Loved that the terrace opens right to the pool deck. The TV only got a few channels. Perhaps a previous guest changed some settings. But i wasn't there for the TV. No working light at the dining table. I think the bulb was burned out but i worked settings it. Overall i enjoyed the pool, location and property so much i would stay again.

Perfect Couple Getaway

Great getaway for 5 nights to escape the RI weather. Kevin was great when responding to our questions.Unit was perfect for the two of us and location was great with many restaurants. It was nice to have access to both pools and two chairs and umbrella at the beach (with the resort fee as we knew about). Would be great if the unit had a cooler as our pool and beach didn’t offer any service during the week.

Perfect location

We had everything we needed and more. We loved the location of the unit, on the same floor as the wet deck, pool. And that you could see a partial view of the ocean and the cruise ships heading out in the evenings and the waterways surrounding the building very beautiful spot. The restaurants onsite and near are amazing. Food and drinks are top notch. The layout of the bathroom is a little weird but for a couple it was fine, but not what we are used to. We would definitely rent this unit again without question. It was a very relaxing place to stay.

The location was great but the condo was dirty. The sink was very slow to drain, the shower had a shrill, loud whistle and there was major noise (slamming doors) both weekend mornings. For the price of the condo, there was no soap in the shower and dime store bubble bath (instead of soap) and shampoo/conditioner. Disappointing at best.

Great place for small family!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The access to the pool deck was ideal for us. It still felt private with our own patio surrounded by a wall/greenery. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. The room was very clean, although slight aging and general wear and tear were present (not a big deal). Our one criticism is that it’s time for a new sofa bed. The pad helped a bit. However the mattress is in really poor shape. Our 9 year old made it work, but an adult would not be comfortable. Overall, a lovely unit with a fabulous location.

Much Needed Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is amazing. It was nice being able to walk out the slider, open a gate and be at the pool. We were worried it would be noisy being that close to the pool but had zero issues and found the pool quiet and peaceful. I hate paying daily resort fees but we felt that the amenities were well worth what we had to pay and we knew upfront that they would be charged because it was well spelled out in the description We did not have a car and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our only dislikes were we felt the condo was lacking a few basics like dishwasher tabs, coffee filters. We only reached out to the host once and he was responsive.
