Great house with an amazing view

The house was very clean and well stocked. We were close enough to town without being in the busy traffic, very peacful spot. We enjoyed our stay!

Good location in newer property

Good location close to Chapel of Holy Cross. Located in quiet cul de sac. About 10 minute drive to main retail center. Convenient location (15-20 minutes) to most popular attractions in Sedona. Most of house seems renovated and in decent shape.

Beautiful location and wildlife

Overall, it was a great day and I would recommend it. The listing is not downtown like Vrbo shows. But it is in a gorgeous neighborhood with access to great hikes so even better there are no TV options you have to sign into your own. The property is clean and we loved seeing the wild life. The hot tub gave a few of our people rashes, but they enjoyed having it.

Centralized location, nice home layout

I believe the actual location when I first looked at this listing was not the correct neighborhood (it showed in the heart of Sedona near the strip of stores) but still very close. Had a couple housekeeping issues (the tub in the master bedroom did not drain properly and would back up, there were a couple rags left by whoever cleaned prior to and the shower heads looked like they haven’t been touched in a while) but overall a nice home. I will say the neighbors home being SO close to the hot tub without a fence or something was a little awkward but nonetheless close to all hikes and the home was well taken care of otherwise. Host was very responsive.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a girls trip with 4 of us. The house was perfect and the location was amazing! The house was clean, comfortable, and affordable! We ate out for all meals, but enjoyed our coffee each morning and our wine each night. However, if we needed to cook, the kitchen was stocked well! All of our needs were met and we loved the quiet, quaint neighborhood the house was located in. It was the perfect distance to downtown and all the restaurants we ate at. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with hot tub

This was a great house with just enough space for my three children and myself. We used the hot tub three times and it was great. We were able to walk to the chapel and the trails near it. We also walked to Cathedral Rock and other great trails. It’s also not far from great restaurants and shopping. I never really used the kit Jen for cooking but all the stuff in the kitchen was nice. The washer and dryer were great because we had lots of wet clothes due to the rain while there. Overall, excellent choice and I’d stay again.

Awesome location and views

This was a great location, secluded but still close to shops and restaurants. And the views were amazing. Also great communication with the owner. We had an electricity problem that was outside of the owner’s control but he was very quick to respond.

Great house, location not what expected

Property was great for 2 couples. Everything was clean and mostly new. Once we figured out the nest thermostat the air temperature was fine. Spa was excellent. Would be good to have a book with explanations on how things work and check out process, etc. We were surprised about the location. Expected to be in Uptown. Not 3 miles from town center.

Very cute home south of Upper Sedona

The home is very cute. Some features were not working (fans, lights) and some doors would not close (closets, 1/2 bath and master bath). Hot tub was great. Saw Javelinas in the front yard both nights :) This property is a 10-15 minute drive to Upper Sedona. When we booked, the pin shows that it is located right in town. We were disappointed but made the best of it, glad we had a rental car.

Girls trip

The property was clean and had nice views however the house is not equipped well with kitchen utensils nor bedding. The check in instructions are also not sent until 24 hours prior to check in making planning (drive time, grocery delivery etc) difficult. The host did respond quickly but took several back and forth messages in order to obtain bedding for third bedroom and sofa sleeper.

Beautiful views, but bugs

The home itself was in an amazing location, with great views. We tried to check in early, the host told me to follow up at 2 to see if the cleaning people were done, I did and did not receive a response from the host. Upon arriving, the home itself was clean, however once we settled in, we noticed bugs, multiple cockroaches, earwigs, and others. My friend was sitting on the couch and multiple climbed on him. My fiance left clothes on the floor and when we picked them up, 3 earwigs crawled out. I messaged the host to let them know and he said he would check with pest control was coming next. We were only there for 2 nights and both nights had a rehearsal dinner and wedding so we weren’t at the property enough to make a bigger complaint. Overall, the house was nice, could definitely use more pillows, views were amazing, but bugs infestation needs to be resolved before additional people stay.

Just perfect!!

Loved this property! The house is better than the pictures. Nice furniture and decor and fully stocked with anything you need. View from the hot tub is amazing day or night (we saw so many stars). Location was also great right by cathedral rock, one of our favorite hikes and sunset spots!
