The space
This condo in Newton, Surrey is the perfect space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With three cozy bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six guests. The condo boasts high ceilings, providing an open and spacious feeling throughout the space.
The living area is tastefully decorated and features comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils to cook delicious meals. The dining area has a beautiful kitchen island with 4 bar stools and 2 chairs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and bath tub.
Step outside onto the private patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the beautiful view of the surrounding neighbourhood. The building also features a children’s play area, day care, barbershop and grocery stores. Across the street from us is a nails salon and shopping center. Our condo is located in a quiet and safe community, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and public transportation.
