This condo is a fantastic year-round choice; your group will love it!

Blue River Flats Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that’s perfect for groups of up to five; it’s also a great choice for two couples to share. The interior finishes are first rate! The living area features comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV; there’s also a private balcony which overlooks the river. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and reserved parking for two vehicles, 1 garage spot, 1 outside spot. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).

The condo and the overall building was very nice and comfortable. The front loading washing machine was full of mold around the rubber seals/gaskets, and the property management company didn’t get anyone out to clean it during our four day stay, which was very disappointing. If you rent this unit, make sure you pack enough clothes!

Lovely vacation home

My family came for the week to spend time with friends. This property was close to so many things and only a short drive from many winter park activities. We all loved the stay and the home was very clean and comfortable. Having a garage to park in was a plus with the snow and ice. We will definitely try to stay again.

NICE STAY WITH ONE MINOR INCIDETN STILL UNRESOLVED

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During our stay the garage door stopped working, so it wont open. We had snow on 2 out of 3 nights, and since we were unable to put the car in the garage, we had to remove snow fro the car windshields with no toos for ir other than our hands. We were relying on having a garage. They never fixed it, and inside the garage we left behind the cover that goes on the back bumper of our car (the garage door woul open on the day we arrived. We removed that cove to install our ski rack to the hitch. They told us they will mail the part to us but so far, we have not received it.

Clean and spacious unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The location right on the river gave it more peaceful and secluded feel, than it would look. Really appreciated the reserved parking. Only complaint, was needed better pillows!
