What a find!! Cute, spacious, and very quiet. Large kitchen and primary bedroom. Will book again! Walking distance from really good food and treats.

Outstanding stay at Laura’s home on Anna Maria. First, communication with Laura was excellent from start to finish. Second, the house is just wonderful, spacious, cozy, and fantastic location with a beach in the backyard and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and other goodies in addition to absolutely killer expansive views!! Our family and our pets enjoyed the stay thoroughly and we cannot wait to get back. Can’t say enough about how great our stay was, thank you Laura, we’ll be back soon!

The property was exactly as described and in great condition. Laura was very kind and very communicative throughout our entire stay. I would recommend this place to other travelers!

COULD OF BEEN GREAT- OCT 1st 2026Ocean view, waves splashing, private beach, home nice. BUT, it gets a 2 star for homeowner not disclosing (Prior) that just ten feet away is an active construction site building a new home with sawing/drilling/ impact wrenching and crews on scaffolding peeking over all day to watch you( inside)the kitchen , living room and balcony along with outside on the beach. We would have evaluated renting this location until the construction was near completion which looks to be months away. Homeowner did credit us some monies back after addressing our concerns but we left one day early -excessive noise from construction starting at 7:45 in the morning until 5 pm at night..

It was so nice to read about all the great things you said about my property, ocean views (actually) it is directly on the beach., waves splashing private beach, home nice. I seems you enjoyed the home and property but were disappointed with activities at my neighbors house. The next door home is actually 30' away and the activities there are strictly regulated by the City of Anna Maria Code enforcement as are the activities at my home. Such as noise and the hours and days that it is allowed to occur which are limited and strictly enforced.. The idea of you accusing the workers of voyeurism is simply not supported by any action on your part such as a police report etc.. I am sorry you had a bad experience, I did all I could to compensate you. Thankyou very much, Laura (homeowner)

Great vacation spot!

My family loved staying here during our week in Anna Maria! Great location close to Pine and we loved having our own little beach. We would definitely stay again!

We have just had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront home on Anna Maria Island. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d picked somewhere special.The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Waking up each morning to our own private beach and stunning sea views was unforgettable.During our stay we were lucky enough to see dolphins almost every day, along with manatees, pelicans, crabs and even sea turtle nests right on the beach. Hiring a golf buggy and exploring the island like the locals was a real highlight, and the location made it easy to reach fantastic restaurants, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.The home itself was comfortable , peaceful and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, making the whole experience effortless from start to finish.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality beachfront escape on Anna Maria Island. It has been one of the highlights of our Florida holiday, and we can’t wait to return!
