You have exclusive (non-shared) access throughout the apartment. The beach is in front of the condominium, and access to it is through an exclusive pathway. We have rotating garages in front of the condominium.

We'll keep in touch around the clock if needed. - Cleaning and a cook for lunch and snacks can be additionally hired. - Bed linens can be changed every five days and new amenities replaced. Providing a complimentary premium advisory service. We assist in menu planning and suggest local markets and suppliers for app-based purchases that will be delivered to the house. If you wish to hire our cook for: daily cleaning + breakfast preparation and/or lunch preparation + snacks; please inquire about the average cost with us. *In all cases, food and ingredients are at the guests' expense. If services are hired, the staff member can receive and organize the groceries, ensuring the house is stocked for your arrival. Additionally, we can recommend other services such as a bartender; the rates are agreed upon after booking, based on the number of days and people.
