What a fantastic place to stay! Very nice, very clean, had everything we needed and more, was super close to the beach and the hosts were just the nicest people ever. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean property, hot tub was clean and new, kitchen had everything we needed, they have towels for the hot tub and beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The owners are on site and very friendly. The house was clean, It was nice to have an outdoor shower to remove the sand from the beach, as well as laundry capabilities. They even allow use to a wagon, beach chairs and floating devices which was very nice. Craftsmanship of the house was absolutely beautiful! Nice walk to the beach too!

First and foremost, Gary and Wendy are sooo sweet !! They were super accommodating and gave us great food recs! This cottage is a gem!! It’s beautiful, well maintained, and in walking distance to the beach and coffee shop. A true paradise!! We will be back.

We had a great stay and Wendy & Gary were wonderful! The cottage is beautiful and quiet! We usually stay on the beach but this is just a quick walk to a nice little public beach access and my favorite coffee shop, Camille's!! We will definitely be back!

Wendy (Host) was phenomenal!!! The best we have had. Communications were outstanding with her and the home was perfect. Location was excellent and closer to the beach than expected. Area was just full of things to do especially 30A!!! The house was clean, and for three people perfect.

This property was amazing! The hosts were super sweet and accommodating. This home is a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. It's quiet, brand new, immaculate, spacious and we loved the high ceilings and the front porch! We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

The property seems to be newly built, the flooring and overall structure was very nice and pleasant. The kitchen had a good supply of items and the host provided clean/green cleaning supplies for the kitchen and laundry. There are beach items for use, however they are not in the best condition, but they are usable, mostly. The sleeping accommodations are comfortable, and the host was communicative. We would definitely stay with this host again!!

The house is incredible and the hosts could not be any nicer. Check in was so smooth and we had a great week there. The hot tub was lovely, and it is sooo close to the beach. The beds are all very comfy and the kitchen is very modern. There are even TWO coffee machines. Highly recommend this house! We couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay.

The house was exactly as it’s presented online. It’s beautiful, clean, and spacious. Excellent, quiet location but close to everything you could want or need. The hot tub made our trip, since the weather was cold for part of our stay, and my teen daughter spent much time in it. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage. It is brand new, nicely decorated, in a great location, and the hosts made everything a breeze. Would highly recommend to a friend and stay here again.

Everything was so wonderful! Beautiful, clean, and cozy! The master bed was so comfy, I had the best sleep! Definitely would love to stay here again when we come back to Destin!

The cottage is clean, open and bright. The venetian plaster walls, marbled epoxy floors, beautiful cabinetry and trim have a modern updated look with a very comfortable feel. Excellent location, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes walk time. We even went without a vehicle for two days. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. This place is tucked in behind the homes on the street making it quieter than most. If we return to Destin, this will be our first choice.

We loved our time at the beach cottage. Check in was easy. The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. My two children loved the light up vanity in their bathroom! It was the perfect beach vacation stay!

Very comfortable and clean. Hosts very informative. It’s in a quiet location off a Main Street with very easy walking access to the beach. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. It was easy to operate. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The cottage was so light and roomy. It felt luxurious, yet homey. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. The hosts are fabulous. They are near and attentive but not obtrusive in any way. I look forward to staying there again which is huge because in over 50 visits to the beach I have only stayed in one other house more than once. Bravo!
