Great Family Vacation

We Loved this great rental. Mary made our booking and stay so easy. She and Jeff(maintenace) were so friendly, helpful and hospitable. Perfect location to beach, bay and just a few short blocks to all the shops, restaurants & entertainment. The beautil pool & outdoor areas were fun and family oriented. This one is really Special!!

Great house!! Great location!!

We loved every bit of our stay at my sisters house! We had a group of 12 (6 kids 6 adults) and there was more than enough room for everyone. We loved the pool and used it everyday! The beach is a short walk and just a couple minutes down the road is the broad walk with restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay there again when traveling with a large group!

Lovely private house and pool.

We enjoyed the spacious house and the large private pool. It is a short walk to the beach and within just a couple driving minutes of shopping, dining, and other activities. The rental process was easy and Mary and Jeff were easy to work with and quickly answered any questions we had. We hope to come back.

Excellent Pensacola Beach location, lots of space, nice pool w/outdoor shower and sitting

For our extended family break, the location was great; loved being close to the Sound and the Gulf with beautiful, white beach and fun surf, easy to restaurants and shops, and the bridge to Pensacola. The biggest drawback for us, with allergies and mold sensitivities, was that the house smelled and showed mold and mildew. Unfortunately, it was the worst in the big bedroom (2 beds) and bathroom downstairs. Overpowering smell, we all felt it. Otherwise the space and pool were wonderful, the furniture and decorations high quality, the kitchen well stocked and equipped. Beach towels are needed, but the bed linens and bath towels were good. Easy to find, lots of parking, on the road, but quiet.

Great vacation rental

Great location and house. We loved being about to go to the pool after a few hours at the beach with little kiddos. The house had plenty of room for everyone (4 couples) to have a bedroom and bathroom. We grilled and cooked at the house each day because of covid and they had everything we could ever need in the kitchen to cook. The property manager was great as well with responding during the entire process! Would recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful home

My family stayed here for my son's wedding weekend. A beautiful home with great amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach is a breeze! Great area with lots to do and the trolley line it sits on makes going out so easy! We would highly recommend this home. Thank you for sharing it with us. I'm sure we'll be back!

Perfection

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the property! Location was amazing and it was well stocked and so clean! The decor was adorable and it felt like home away from home with privacy allowable for everyone in your group. The pool is a very nice amenity. Getting down to the beach is very easy but going for a quick swim or spending family time poolside was a really nice option too. Communication was wonderful and responses were very quick. Will stay again!! Thank you Mary!

Phenomenal House & Location

This house was everything! It was just what my large family needed and accommodated us all very well! Very well stocked we didn’t need to bring anything except drinks and food lol, even has hotel like amenities in case we forgot anything. Mary and Jeff are the absolute best! Both were very welcoming and accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect away from the touristy areas but within distance, beach within walking distance, and Destin an hour away (on a scenic highway no less. This home and staff far exceeded our expectation and became a little slice of heaven for the week! We will be back later this year and years to come!!! Thanks Mary and Jeff for everything the owners should be extremely proud to have you on their team! Your dedication to excellence in customer service and satisfaction is unmatched!

Perfect Getaway!

Our vacation was perfect! The house was great - stocked with everything we needed - soap for every sink, spices for cooking, dishes, small appliances - it was like being at home! It was only a short walk to the beach which was paved the whole way. The management was very attentive! We had a small maintenance issue shortly after arriving and it was promptly and professionally corrected. The pool was well maintained and it was a must for our family - we don't like to spend all day at the beach. The outdoor covered patio was a bonus that we also enjoyed - we even used it one night to watch a movie! The location on the island was perfect - still close enough to the boardwalk to take the trolley, but far enough away so that the beach was not super crowded. We had older children (10-12yo and teenagers in our group and it was the perfect place for use to stay. Everyone had their own bedroom and there were even extra eating spaces which helped everyone spread out. There were also items available for infants/toddlers if you have any in your group. I could not have asked for anything more! I would recommend "My Sisters" to any larger group looking to stay on the island!

Beautiful, well stocked home.

This house is so beautiful and spacious, and stocked with everything you need from laundry soap, trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and even beach towels. It is the only rental (and I come to Pensacola Beach 3 times a year) that provides these basics, because normally the rental will not provide enough of these things to last the duration of your trip. But this beach house does! I was worried about the walk to the beach, because I ALWAYS stay gulf front, but the walk was VERY easy to the gulf, and I was pleasantly surprised! The only issue we had with the house, was the ac not working properly. The first night, we all noticed the 3 bedrooms down the hallway were so hot and stuffy. Called first thing the next morning and the ac folks came right out and fixed it. I think he told me it was a capacitor (spelling)? He told me it would take a good while to cool the house down once he got it fixed. Well, unfortunately it NEVER cooled off in those hallway bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the dining rooms and the kitchen had a separate ac unit, and it was working fine. While on the main floor of the house, if you were in those 2 rooms, it was bearable. The rest of the main floor was stuffy hot the entire trip. After calling again the next morning to communicate the air still not working properly, we were told that because of the size of the house, and as many people we had staying, with the heat index at 104, there wasn't really anything else to be done. I accepted this, but I still feel like the ac was not even blowing in those back bedrooms especially. If you can handle the ac not cooling the house properly, I recommend this house all day, everyday. But, if you can't handle the heat, I would not stay here. I can not say enough good things about the managers and the comforts of this house, but the inability of the ac cooling the house properly, is unfortunately a no go for me. I am self employed, and brought my employees to the beach for 3 nights, but 10 out of the 14 we had complained about trying to sleep in the heat. If you are lucky enough to sleep downstairs, you will sleep great, because the window unit keeps that room very cool.

Family getaway

House was infested with roaches as well as 3 rats we watched at night run along fence. We couldn’t keep food out and killed an upwards of 50 baby and grown roaches a day. So many maintenance things needed. The smell of the house was horrific. House is dated and description online is very inaccurate. AC didn’t work upon arriving however they did get it fixed quickly. Pool was nice. Location was good. Otherwise miserable stay. This was the worst vrbo experience we’ve ever experienced. We felt the ratings were so far off.

Nothing short of Amazing

Mary was amazing! She went above and beyond in assisting us with places to go. She even answered her phone for me on Thanksgiving. 5 Star stay!!! My family did not want to leave.

Best Vacation

This property is amazing! The closeness to the beach and then having a pool was great. We enjoyed both and the house was great accommodating all of our friends and the kitchen is fully stocked! Definitely will go again. Mary was the best she answered every question I had months before we went. We had wifi issues and they were fixies immediately! Don’t hesitate book this house!

Paradise at the beach

Went with my family.Me my husband 2 sons ,mother and father,sister and mother in law.Big house lots of room ,very clean ,very nice pool fenced in back yard for privacy.Just a short walk to the beach.There is so much great things I could write about this place .We love this place and will definitely be going back!!

B.E.A.C.H. - Best Escape Anyone Can Have

"My Sisters" was everything it promised to be and more! Our group of 11 found ourselves spending our spare time relaxing around the covered patio and swimming area. The entire property was spacious inside and out. No cramped quarters here. And each bedroom offered something unique to meet the varied needs of our crew. (We did have to play rock, paper, scissors for the master suite) I was a bit concerned about crossing the 4-lane street to access the beach but since the kids always went with an adult it didn't pose a problem. Driveway to sand in less than 4 minutes. Woo-hoo! Mary and Jeff were great to work with. Always accomodating and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

My Sisters

Every year for 15 years running we have a group of 10 of us that gets together for a couple of days. Finding a place that can house all of us without draining the checkbook is a task sometimes. This might of been the most comfortable stay we’ve had. The house was clean and fullly stocked with everything we needed. Outdoor amenities were great , pool was huge , outdoor lounge with TV was awesome, plenty of parking and a 3min walk to the beach. Check in was easy and the host even sent a message as soon as cleaning was done so we could arrive early if we wanted. Overall 5 stars. We usually travel to a different city every year but may just come back next year. Good job!
