Great Vacation

This is our second time staying at this resort. Our room was great and it accommodated all of us. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was just perfect! I would def stay here again.

Didn’t get to stay in this rental. Several days before our stay, host canceled our reservation. Agent found other accommodations and saved our vacation, (not without its own issues) but this host can not be trusted!!!! Rent elsewhere and avoid risk. Especially, for an once in a lifetime, family vacation to a very expensive place like Disney World.

Excellent location and very spacious for large families

We love this property. We have stayed here before. However this particular unit had not been properly cleaned. The floors were dirty. Under the couch had not been cleaned. Since we were playing on the rug with crawling babies we definitely noticed! The supplied manual carpet cleaner did not help. I had a few questions which were quickly answered by the owner. We would stay again but would bring a few extra cleaning items.

Disney vacation at the Wyndham.

This rental was awesome. The location was great for our trip to Disney. The size of the home was great for children, just scary being on the 9th floor with a baby learning to climb on everything. We will be returning and planning to say at the resort more time. We had so much fun in the lazy year. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great Location and Amenities

Our week long stay in a four bedroom suite at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek was fantastic. The location is great for accessing the Disney Parks (we had a car so didn't use the shuttle and / or car sharing services.) Our unit was clean and very spacious. We were in tower 5 and had balcony views of the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot. There was a heated lazy river directly behind our building, it is well landscaped and was easy to find chairs together for a larger group. We would highly recommend and enjoyed our stay!

Not the room we rented.

We rented a 4 bedroom 11 months out only to be told 3 days ahead of time that won't be available. Our plan was to have everyone together for a long overdue family vacation with 4 generations only to be split into multiple rooms last minute.. The resort staff itself was terrible, don't expect to find a parking spot or get any help. To top it off even when you make it very clear you don't want to go to their sales pitch they try and blackmail you by saying if you don't you will be charged " because you signed up for it" even when again we very clearly told them multiple times no thank you. To put it nicely it kind of ruined our family vacation.

Catherine was responsive to any questions and helpful with working with dates of accomodation. We love the property and have stayed here multiple times but this was our first in a 4 bedroom unit. Unit was spacious and great for multiple guests in our party. Would rent again!
