Gorgeous property, great view of the stars and sunrise/sunset, Private even though you’re near the main walkway. Property management was amazing, kind, and efficient!

Clean, comfortable and great location for our stay. Just a short drive to the riverwalk restaurants and shops, and right next door to RMNP. Lots of deer and elk in the area as well! We enjoyed our short stay.

We'd likely stay here again. The parking is tight however so if you arrive back at the property later in the evening, it can be challenging to find a parking spot, but we were able to squeeze in.

The property was very nice, comfy bed. Parking isn’t the greatest - spots fill up fast and if you’re out at might you’ll have to park down the hill.The coffee was a nice touch but would also have loved some shelf-stable creamer to be provided. Overall, this was nice for a 2 night stay- beautiful and peaceful views. The patio is NOT private, although the pictures sort of lead you to believe they are. We never checked out the pool or hot tub.

Perfect Couple Retreat

We loved our Deer Mountain rental. Easy check in, clean, well furnished, cozy, quiet, great fireplaces, close to town and RMNP. We would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Escape

Great location. Love that it has 2 bathrooms. Staff very responsive and helpful when booking. Would recommend updating couch, otherwise it was a wonderful week!

Well appointed property

Just a few minutes from town. Very comfortable accommodations. Two full baths were a great detail for us. Nice kitchen space with all required amenities. Very comfortable bed! Would stay here again. So much to see and do in the area.

Nice place for a couple to stay

Loved the location of this condo…. So near town and Rocky Mountain National Park but quiet with amazing views. It is a small place with an efficiency kitchen - if you want to cook or grill, this is not the place for you.

The HOA/Fire department made Mary's Lake Give up their grills this year. Which we are not happy about but the views and proximity to town makes it a winner - plus we have great restaurants to try.

It was quiet and the setting was fantastic. Parking was sometimes difficult (though we were guaranteed at least one space). The interior space was ok, bed comfortable, but the main room furniture was in bad shape. The sofa cushions were all sagging and barely usable. Coffee table and dining table and chairs were usable but somewhat beat up. The porch furniture was uncomfortable with no cushions. It would not take that much to make this property more comfortable and attractive, and for the price I feel we did not get our money’s worth in that area.

Good stay

One of the shower curtains was not installed properly and one of the toilet seats was loose other than that it was a perfect stay.
