Summer Stay somewhat disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo, Pool, beach was great but condo furniture somewhat very uncomfortable and worn out (Living room). The kitchen ceiling leaked continuously and Sounded like Water Torture in pots we had to set around. Maintenance came 3 times but did nothing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful vacation at Panama City Beach. This condo, with sleeping for 6 was luxorious for just us two. The long balcony gave us views for miles up and down the beach. With walls of windows each room had the gulf within sight. The condo itself was professionally appointed with more than everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was all done remotely, which made it convenient and quick . The owner answered all our questions . Yes, stay here!

Great pool area and beach front

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Gulf Crest 20 years. Always staying in different condos. They have all been beautifully decorated with the kitchen being well stocked for cooking in the room. The front staff amazing very friendly & helpful, inconsistency with the security staff. You see them early in the morning. Then again after lunch, some days you can eat and drink in the pool other days you can’t. Never know what the rules are for the day.

Owners Ross and Susan Longworth are so quick to respond to emails and terrific and kind individuals. Thanks so much for an amazing and relaxing vacation at Gulf Crest Condominiums. Would definitely book again.
