This is a beautiful, serene spot. I felt lucky to stumble across it! I had a wonderful and relaxing stay on Cooperstown and Dana and this property provided a sweet and peaceful oasis. I highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Dana for a wonderful stay.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this sweet and cozy space! It was perfect for what I needed it for during my son’s Cooperstown Dreams Park week. Dana was amazing at communicating with me and I was able to meet Honey between games one afternoon! 10/10 would stay here again!

The BEST!

We were in town to go to cooperstown. This place was perfect. So clean and cute. The hosts were great and even introduced us to Honey and Cherokee (a couple of the horses on site). Would recommend this place to anyone. Hope to stay there again one day.

I can’t recommend this property enough. The owners are kind and communicative, and we felt comfortable approaching them if we needed anything. The space was very well maintained and equipped with anything you’d need during your stay. We hope to be back!

A peaceful retreat in a rural setting, but an easy drive to Cooperstown and Otsego Lake. We stayed for 3 nights to watch our grandson play baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive to/ from was easy and scenic. The town and lake are beautiful, and our lodging was impeccably clean. The grounds are beautiful, too. We wish we would have had more free time to enjoy the fire pit and garden area. Our hosts were delightful and easy to communicate with. If we are in the area again, we would love to stay here again.

Perfect stay just outside of Cooperstown

My husband and I rented one unit and our friends rented the other. The location is stunning, being on the horse farm is so fun. There are actually small windows in each room that look into the stables. The rooms are clean and modern with large bathrooms and the outdoor space is perfect for a fire or just relaxing with a glass of wine. It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Cooperstown and Dana was so accommodating and lovely.

The host Dana is so nice. From booking the property to arriving to staying and to leaving she was always around if we had questions. She even showed myself and my husband all the horses she has. The property is amazing and it’s so quiet to. You are around 15-20 mins from a lot of the activities in and around Cooperstown. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.
