The room was simply elegant and Dana was a great host. It was exactly what I needed for my quick trip to Cooperstown for a family event. And I got to pet the horses! We are planning to go back up to Cooperstown next May, and plan to stay at this lovely property again. I HIGHLY recommend staying there.

Beautiful property, close to many local breweries. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed three nights and our stay was very enjoyable. Would definitely book again.

Exceeded expectations by a long shot! Is love to come back some day. I actually booked this when I thought my son's team was playing in cooperstown (10 min away) but he was actually playing on Oneonta (30 min away) but I'd do it again if he was playing 45 min away the place was so well worth it. It sits in the middle of many cool small towns to venture to as well.

Beautiful stay on a gorgeous farm! Not far from Cooperstown itself, an easy drive. Dana and Jacob were friendly and made sure we had everything. The place was clean and quiet. A lovely setting for a peaceful escape and a great location for a visit to Cooperstown (just minutes away!). Our spacious room was exceptional in every way; well appointed with many thoughtful touches, a very comfortable bed, and plenty of welcoming spaces outside for enjoying a coffee (also provided) or a drink by the fire. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and quick to respond to messages. A five-star experience!!

Perfect and exactly what we needed. Very quiet, location was perfect. Just a short journey from Dreams park. Very clean. Owner extremely friendly. Amazing to wake up to see the horses with a backdrop of millions of lush trees. Highly recommend

Peaceful and scenic

Everything was very smooth from initial communication through the entire stay. Very thorough information to make the stay very pleasant including WiFi and cell phone issues. All that info was smooth. Very clean and neat accommodations. Not one problem. And the property was beautiful with the horses outside and the beautiful sitting area. As a bonus, very short drive to downtown Cooperstown. All around, a great place to stay.

This place was a dream. It is even better than in the pictures, feeling huge and cozy at the same time. It was clean and comfortable, with every detail thought of from extra towels and blankets to make-up remover wipes. The host was so friendly, communicating before and during our stay (when I reached out with a question). You really are right next to the horses, who are beautiful and friendly. Honey even comes right up for attention, and they are both clearly well cared for. For those visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame, this was only a few minutes' drive from Cooperstown and is perfect for anyone visiting the area. I sincerely hope to get to stay again.
