Seabrook STR Permit #: STR25-000456

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Beautiful Seabrook Vacation Home

My family enjoyed this home on Seabrook very much. It was beautifully decorated and appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen. Seabrook is such a beautiful place to stay with great flat beaches and lots of venues to visit.

Absolute Perfection!

This was an absolute dream vacation! Best of both worlds-beach vaca but could be downtown Charleston in 40 minutes. You literally don’t even have to leave the island if you don’t want to!

We would have loved to stay here for our full week, but sadly had to leave due to Hurricane Debby drowning our vacation plans. Beautiful home.

Beautiful, spacious vacation home

The house is exceptional. It is in a beautiful area which is central.to all of the amenities on the Island. We rode bikes everywhere. It was about ten minute bike ride to everything and less then a 20 ride to the shopping area. Would be a great house for family with lots of kids. Loved the screened in porch.

Beautiful home on Seabrook Island

Beautiful and spacious home on Seabrook Island. Our group made last minute arrangements for our annual cycling trip which normally takes place in the Western Carolina mountains. We were very fortunate to find this beautiful home available with enough bedrooms and a large kitchen. Home is new and provides plenty of living and entertaining space for a medium sized group, a large family or extended family. Our only criticism relates to some important kitchen items (measuring cups/spoons) that seemed to be lacking. But other extras such as a separate ice maker and a second refrigerator more than made up for that. Our group prepared all meals during the week and really counted on a well equipped kitchen. Home also provides a small assortment of beach items as well as a 6 seat golf cart as an optional rental. Island Amenity cards are also included which we took advantage of for golf and a visit to the Beach Club. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Seabrook Family Gathering

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The property manager was extremely responsive. For example our first morning we discovered that the coffee maker was not working and they had a new one to us in about two hours. The bedding was comfortable and it was great for the couples in our group to have their own private bedrooms and bathrooms. The unmarried adult children in our group did use the bunk room, and it was comfortable enough - although they all said the bunk room would have been great when they were kids. All the appliances and grill worked great. If we vacation again in Seabrook, we would happily rent this place again.
