We had a great time at this place and really enjoyed the pool and spa. I would just say the place needs some upkeep, as it seems it does not get regular attention in that respect. Many broken tiles in the pool/hot tub, and missing standard pieces from the kitchen, such as bowls. If someone spent a few days sprucing things up, it could be excellent. The area around the pool did not seem as if it had been cleaned in quite a while, and just a little rinsing of dirt off the walkways helped a lot. Communication was strong, with quick responses to questions. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, and all of the ovens worked great for us. We'd return! It's a cool house and pool area.

Nice spacious areas to gather. Clean and chic, with many games for entertainment, it is perfect for family gathering like ours or could be friends gathering. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice.

What a great place

Absolutely loved this place. It's huge with 3 floors which was nice for our big family to have lots of privacy. The kids loved the ping pong table and the pool table and of course the huge pool. Would absolutely come back. Host was great.

One of the best stays for a large group.

My family and I were in town for a wedding/family reunion. Our hosts were amazing, so communicative, and accommodating. The property itself was big, cozy, and was a perfect place for us (16 guests) to relax by the pool, play some games, and hang out when things weren't so busy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

Very Pleasant Stay

Our 16 family members were very comfortable at this property. The host was responsive and helpful regarding our questions and requests. We had some suggestions for slight improvements which he seemed to take seriously. Overall, an excellent experience.

The house is in a lovely neighborhood. There was room for all of us to have separate spaces and also to be together. Once we figured out how to heat the pool and hot tub, it worked well and was much enjoyed. All in all a lovely stay. One caveat: they don't want you to have parties, and you don't know till the Rules that they have a noise detector and can count how many cellphones are in the house. That feels weird. Otherwise, great!

Good overall stay

We had a family reunion in the area and enjoyed our stay here! There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor with a bathroom in the master and then 4 bedrooms with 2 adjoining bathrooms at the lowest level. The bathrooms are a bit dated as well as some of the furniture. That said, the general space and common areas are nice and spacious. With respect to location, it was great - very close to a lot that LA and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Nice stay, house could use some improvements

Overall, we had a fun time in the pool. The house is showing it’s age, we had some issues (dishwasher missing second rack and bottom rack blocked the sprayer, outer door very hard to lock/unlock, bathrooms very cramped, couch is very low and lumpy, fridge is leaking, AC had trouble with keeping the house cool, towels were overstuffed into the dryer and were not dry when we arrived). Location was perfect for us. Enjoyed our time at the pool.

We rented this house for our son's college graduation and our extended family flew in to celebrate. We had the absolutely most amazing time. There were a couple of hiccups, which are to be expected in such a large home, but Mayleen was so communicative and wonderful and getting it fixed and checked out that it was NEVER a problem. She even sent our son a graduation treat. She was AMAZINGLY sweet and we couldn't have asked for more!Do NOT look any further. The price cannot be beat for the oasis family dream 3Thank you for EVERYTHING!!! WE LOVED IT!!!

This property was not in acceptable condition upon arrival and did not match the standards or amenities advertised in the listing. The home was presented online as a well-maintained luxury rental; however, the actual condition was significantly below expectations.Major issues included:Severely stained and dirty living room couchInsufficient number of bath towels for the size of the home and number of guestsVisible cobwebs and spiders throughout multiple roomsLeaves and debris in both the pool and the hot tub, indicating they had not been servicedMultiple burned-out light bulbs, leaving several areas poorly litThese issues reflect a lack of proper cleaning, maintenance, and basic guest readiness. The listing promoted a fully equipped, high-end property, but the condition we encountered was inconsistent with those representations.Based on our experience, the property was not as advertised, not adequately prepared for guest use, and did not meet the minimum expectations for a Vrbo rental. I would not recommend this property until the owner addresses the maintenance and cleanliness problems noted above. We ended up leaving the property for a Mariott.

The house was very large with plenty of space for everyone in our group and the beds were all comfortable. The pool equipment was a little confusing, but the staff was very helpful to get things running properly. My only complaint was the ovens and cooktop. Of the three ovens, only one was working and the door had to be held shut, as it did not close completely. Whenever you turned on a burner, one of the other cooktop burners would continuously click. We had to play with it to get it to stop. Hopefully, the owner takes care of this issue soon.

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The oven was not functioning properly—it would not close, which caused food to burn and made it unusable. Additionally, the stove had a concerning issue where the pilot would continuously click when only one burner was on, creating a noticeable gas smell in the house. The cleanliness of the property also fell short of expectations. The pool was not clean and was filled with leaves. Both the patio and patio furniture were dirty, and the side patio off the kitchen was also covered in leaves. Inside, the home had a strong, musty smell, as if it hadn’t been used or aired out in quite some time. There were also comfort issues during our stay. The house was very cold, and the AC unit would not turn off even when adjusted. We also had to reach out to request basic items like face towels, which should have been readily available.Overall, the property needs significant attention to maintenance and cleanliness to meet expected standards.
