The house was just the right fit for our visit to the OBX! The hot tub was very appreciated at the end of the day and having a screened in outdoor area for the evening was a highlight for both the humans and pups we brought! The other plus was the location- we were looking for a space tucked away but very accessible to all action and this place was it! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Everyone was great except for the last day not sure why but the owners were over and cut grass and did something to the door while we were not home they also put some bags outside the house. To me that’s just didn’t settle very well. A notice would have been nice.

Colington Stay

The corner lot had a significant amount of construction and through traffic during the stay. Tennis courts were advertised as an amenity but were locked. The pool staff was quite rude trying to retrieve the key. The beds on upper part of the bunk beds were not made. Multiple dishes were put away dirty and there was hair in the shower. TV remotes needed batteries replaced. Overall the part of this house that was great was the outdoor amenities such as ping pong, darts, the hot tub, and fire pit.
