This unit features 1 King size bed in the bedroom, queen bed and a set of bunks upstairs, and a queen pull out sofa. You'll love sipping your coffee on the private patio. Our community is directly across the street from the beach. We're close to the front of the community which makes getting to the beach a breeze. It's just a short 3 minute walk from our front door!

Guest Access:
When you’re here, the whole condo is yours! You’ll also have access to all amenities within the community! We provide most sporting equipment listed above. Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.
Other things to note:
Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each (for guests 6 years of age or older) and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well.
