The Luxe on Front Street

My family stayed for 4 days at the end of April and very much enjoyed the house. It was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with host was great. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

The house met all the needs of our multi generational family getaway. Very clean and well stocked. Great for little kids with the bunk beds, toys and pack-n-play. Would recommend to anyone looking for a robust offering.

Gathering for Family

We had family in and out of town for 2 weeks and this was the perfect place to stay. Central location, large space, room for everyone to gather or separate and have privacy. Its beautiful and cozy. We will stay here again, for sure! Great hosts, problem free!

Wonderful stay in Traverse City!

Our stay at Luxe on Front was absolutely wonderful. Our family gathering was perfect in this property. The house has very comfortable furnishings, is well appointed and spacious. We had 7 adults and 1 child and all had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked, we made many lovely meals, and enjoyed grilling on the deck. Communication was always very prompt, and all of our questions were answered very quickly.The check in process was very efficient and easy, plenty of parking for all guests in the back lot, and the location was wonderful. It was close to many restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend this for any vacation gathering.

This was the perfect property for what we were looking for. The size and location are excellent - walking distance to downtown and to the bay - and it is tastefully decorated and clean with nice outdoor “hag out” spaces. A few things for future travelers to be aware of: there are no closets in the two main bedrooms. There are dressers, and one room has a hook, but if you’re coming for a wedding or something formal where you’ll need to hang dresses or suits, recommended planning ahead and bring over-the-door hangers or something like that. Also, while there are two full baths, only one bath is on the main level near the 3 main bedrooms. There are also no towel racks in the main bathroom, again, just a hook or two. So suffice it to say, hanging items - clothes, towels, toiletry bags, etc. - ia challenging.

Nice house

Nice house in a good location. We enjoyed the walkability and the beautiful neighborhood. House was well stocked with kid stuff. We love to cook when we rent and the kitchen is minimally stocked. Houses in TC are quite expensive so expectations may be a bit high, but I prefer a fully stocked kitchen. You can do the very basics but missing quite a few items for really preparing and serving meals. We also found the beds to be satisfactory but not really comfortable. Again, for the price expectations are probably high. Overall enjoyed our stay.
