We loved our stay. The house was beautiful and spacious. The pool, two hot tubs, theater room, porches, covered outdoor area with tables and chairs, parking, and game rooms were all a big hit. Loved how big each bedroom was and how many beds there were. The only thing we wish were different is a bigger kitchen and a pantry.

We had a volleyball tournament and were able to have all families and players stay in the house. Each room having their own bathroom was so key. We loved the outdoor patio, the large amount of kitchen seating and all the extra amenities for large groups.

Our family of 33 stayed comfortably. The lodge was clean and laid out very well. There’s plenty of seating for dining and playing games. The temperature of the pool water and pool house was wonderful. They provided water basketball and plenty of swimming toys. Game/theater room provided hours of entertainment for the kids. Half of the video/arcade games weren’t working which was a bit disappointing. The outdoor living spaces were really well appointed. There was plenty of parking also. We will definitely consider renting again.

This property was clean and can support large parties but it could really use some repairs. The biggest problem is the upstairs AC. It can not keep up with the summer heat. We were there for 4 days and every day the upstairs would get up to 78 degrees and would not cool down until around 11 pm. We were diligent to make sure the doors were not opened to help prevent it from getting too hot but it still did not help. We complained about the temperature and the host was quick to send someone out but the repair man said there was nothing he could do because the unit is somewhat undersized and there’s no curtains to help keep the sun from beaming inside of the cabin.The second issue is that half of the games do not work. The amount of games were a big part of why we booked this cabin but we were disappointed when only a few could actually be used.

We had a reunion and the space was perfect for a group of 33! The house is close to other resort houses in a community. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to Dollywood

Cabin was great location & the 16 of us had plenty of space. Everyone loved the pool & theater room. Each bedroom having an on-suite bathroom was perfect. All bedrooms had walk-in showers so no bathtub. Showers are great size but have no shelves or benches for your soaps & shampoo. Having two refrigerators was awesome. We had an issue with the microwave and management took care of it promptly. The kitchen was well-appointed with plenty of dishes & silverware, glasses, and wine glasses. Kitchen could use a second coffee pot with a carafe & wish there was a coffee pot that took K-cups. Hot tubs were nice and clean but could have used steps to get in & out. Beds were comfy. I’d definitely stay at this cabin again.

Since its managed by a property management, if there is some issue that needs an answer and resolution beyond business hours, the customer care persons only know about book instructions and doesn't know anything more than that. We were unable to use our pool during our stay because of not knowing how to open the key and at night the customer care doesnt know anything other than reading the paper. We had to wait until the maintenance guy showed up next day morning at 11. But during office hours the response was immediate and good. Overall the place was so good for a big group and we enjoyed a lot at the grill area and kids had fun with arcade games. Definitely recommend this place.
