Jennifer, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the home comfortable overall. We're sincerely sorry to hear about your experience with the kitchen. This is the first time we've heard that, and it's certainly not the standard we strive for. We also apologize for the condition of the porch furniture and the missing batteries in the remotes. Had we known during your stay, we would have been more than happy to help with these items. We always keep extra household supplies on hand, including laundry detergent pods, batteries, etc, and would have gladly delivered them, along with additional blankets, right away. Our goal is to resolve issues while our guests are still with us so they can fully enjoy their vacation. We've already addressed the concerns you mentioned by organizing the kitchen, cleaning up the outdoor furniture, and replacing or repairing anything that needed attention. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a five star experience in the future.
