We fell in love with the sunshine, the vibrant community, and the mid-century modern architecture and knew this was where we wanted to retire. But for Herta, there was always a piece missing—a place for her family to feel welcome whenever they visited from Germany.
For years, we dreamt of finding a condo right next door. Luckily, our dream became a reality in 2024! Now, we have a beautifully appointed unit that provides the perfect home-away-from-home for Herta's family when they visit. During the rest of the year, we open our doors to fellow travelers, allowing them to experience the magic of Palm Springs for themselves.
We believe in sharing the joy of this desert oasis. Renting out our condo allows us to connect with people from all over the world while offering them a comfortable and stylish base to explore all that Palm Springs has to offer. We adore the neighborhood's mid-century modern architecture, the swaying palm trees lining the streets, and the breathtaking mountain vistas that frame the desert landscape. It's the perfect place to unwind with a morning stroll or an evening walk, soaking in all the beauty Palm Springs has to offer

Our condo is unique here in Deepwell Estates. I can't think of another condo unit in Deepwell. It is a charming nine-unit complex that fosters a friendly atmosphere while still providing the seclusion you desire. It is a haven of relaxation. The condo has three separate patios, and within the complex, there is a swimming pool and a spa.
