Excellent and Cozy

The perfect stay for us and our dogs. Cozy and comfy for our holiday trip. Host was extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Was so much fun to stay at this cozy VRBO. The hosts were absolutely the best! Quick to answer any questions we had. The bed was very comfortable the bathroom amazing and just a short distance to all things Knoxville Or Smokies. Highly recommend

Unique pet friendly little barn. Decorated nicely, clean, conveniently located, well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable bed and cute little front porch.

Birthday getaway

This was probably the best getaway location we’ve ever experienced! It was central to everything, the place was clean and fully stocked with necessities and the owners were very accessible if needed. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful & Cozy

We loved staying here! It was our first time in Tennessee and we were in town for a concert. Doug gave us great information and advice about the area which was greatly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better location it was close to everything we wanted to see while staying. Great hosts and great property! Will definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Convenient

We had a great stay! We had activities in Maryville and Knoxville, and it was very convenient to both. It is a small space perfect for 2 people and they didn’t miss any details. Owner was very responsive as well and checked in on us.

We took a weekend away from the kids and very much enjoyed the Barn/Tiny home that Doug & Kathy own. This place is gorgeous place with everything you need and was so convenient to the surrounding areas of Knoxville Tennesse. Truly enjoyed our experience

Absolutely amazing weekend! The house was so cozy and relaxing, the property is gorgeous and quiet, and the porch is perfect for listening to the rain and enjoying the fireflies. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts, the Wilhites are the sweetest! Thank you so much!

OMG! This is such a great place to stay! We love all the interesting decorations, and even after staying here 2 times, we are still finding items we didn't notice before. Doug and Cathy go way beyond what a VRBO host is expected to do. From the candies on the dresser, to even providing laundry soap for the washer/dryer. If you are checking out this place, check out their other available VRBO on the same property - Toad Hill.

Tiny barn getaway

The neighborhood was quiet which is a huge plus for me. The house was clean (the shower and bathroom area were beautiful) and the bed was super comfy. Everything was adequately described in the booking as it was when I arrived. Communication with host was timely and respectful. Host was absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Recently renovated and charming, the barn is perfectly situated close to great restaurants, the airport, and downtown Knoxville. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished, it features a king-size bed, a washer and dryer, a lovely front deck for relaxing, and an outdoor grill. Thoughtful touches, like his and hers terrycloth embroidered bathrobes, add to the comfort. Doug and Cindy, my hosts, were exceptionally friendly, easy to reach, and wonderfully accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable

Vacation to Knoxville to visit my best friend

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. It was in the perfect location, for us, to the city. And it was such a lovely property with amazing hosts. We definitely be staying here again when we visit! My pup even had a great time exploring the property. It was her first trip and she was comfortable/ happy. Thank you again Doug for your hospitality and tour! I have never had a host do that for me before. We loved your place!!☺️
