Incredible Metairie 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental featuring a huge patio or game room, a fenced backyard, and a double-car driveway, located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to W Napoleon, Causeway Blvd, I-10, and the S I-10 Service Road. Just minutes from New Orleans City Park, Lake Pontchartrain, Bourbon Street, Uptown, Downtown, the French Quarter, the Business District, Ochsner Hospital, East Jefferson Hospital, and the airport.
This is a residential neighborhood and Jefferson Parish has strict rules to keep this area safe and quite for every one.
- No smoking

- Pet friendly (Rules for during stay:
Pets must be leashed on property
Pick up after dog
Use the dog bag for litter
Dogs to stay off furniture and/or bed. some guest are allergic and will have health issues, be kind to others.
Don’t leave animals unsupervised
Put pet sheets on furniture

Crate dog if left unattended indoors
Vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively

We stayed for 2 nights with our dog. It was clean and comfortable. Host answered messages quickly. I didn't notice traffic noise but the mockingbird in the tree outside the door was sooo loud! Would stay again.

Neighborhood seemed quiet and safe and our Uber driver assured us that we were staying in a safe area. Accommodations were roomy and clean. The commode in the second bathroom was unstable and moved when sat upon.

Spacious clean duplex in convenient location

Nice clean & spacious 3br 2ba duplex with new kitchen appliances. Had everything we needed for a two week stay. Property manager returned messages very quickly. Location was safe but some street noise as it is in a neighborhood but right next to commercial area.

Met basic needs

This place met our basic needs. I would not recommend the “safe” aspect of the location. Questionable people outside across the street all day. Ceiling was falling in in the living room. The living room TV is not a smart TV and they had a dvd player to try to make it one which did not host any apps needed. It could use some major updating. There was plenty of hot water and had all basic amenities. It was very clean and comfortable beds.
