We had a wonderful family/friends getaway and enjoyed every minute staying here. Location was great, not too far from the beach and other activities. Plenty of space to enjoy the time together. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and full kitchen was a plus! Would highly recommend staying here and plan to stay here again for our next getaway!

Loved the location, easy access to everything including bike beach. The bathtub in the the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning. There were some random hairs on the wall of the tub. I washed the tub and walls to make sure it was properly cleaned. Bathroom sliding door was off track from the time of arrival. When trying to slide the door shut the wheels came completely off the hinges. Other than these minor inconveniences everything was as described. Would be happy too rent again. Thank you V. Otani

Great place for ease and access

I stayed here for a work event and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the location. I had an issue with the shower that was quickly addressed the same day I reported the concern. Also the management team helped me afterward, as I left an item and they arranged to ship it to my house. Top notch customer support and excellent location.

Very clean and nice. Parking places could be marked better so people might see them better. Door code must have been changed early on day of departure. I took my dog walking at 7:30 and couldn’t get back in. Had to wake the crew up. Would be bad for someone by themselves. Seems like that should be done after notice is received that occupants have checked out.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you found the property clean and nice. We appreciate your suggestion about better marking the parking spaces for visibility. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the door code and understand how that could be inconvenient. For reference, our door codes stop working at 11am on the day of check-out, but we’ll review this process to ensure a smoother experience for our guests. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to host you again. -Life in Paradise Team
