Super cute, very clean. Convenient location, walking distance to several restaurants. Surprisingly quiet area.

Fantastic property and the location was awesome. Being able to walk out the front door and enjoy the Farmers Market on Saturday was so much fun. Property was cozy and super clean. Everything we needed was available. Ken was super responsive. Definitely will look to stay here next time

Everything was as expected. A little troubling getting in, but it was quickly resolved. Could have used a couple more blankets ( but not something that would be a deal breaker) Instructions for TV used might be helpful.

This property is in an excellent location, we had the Farmers Market just outside our front door on Saturday! Ken was fantastic in responsive, he worked with us through a couple minor things. They had to get a new couch (the green one is no longer there) and the new one does not have a pull out bed but he got us a great air mattress to use, and checked in to ensure our stay was running smoothly. Note his restaurant is right around the corner and is fantastic as well! Highly recommended! There is a coffee pot, creamer and most dishes but if you are staying longer and need things like baggies and paper products you do need to bring those. We would stay here again and truly appreciated his communication!
