The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and had everything I needed for my beach days. The location was excellent and only a 2 minute walk to Kamaole II. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Great stay! Condo unit was clean and modern. Kitchen was well equipped, towels were nice and fluffy, bed was comfortable. Beach supplies like chairs and coolers were appreciated. Location and parking were easy. Pool area and laundry facilities were great. We would happily return to Kīhei Kai Nani. Our only disappointment was the patio. We chose this ground level unit because we like to sit outside for meals. Unlike the photos, there was no grass. Instead, it was concrete, with dirt path and old sprinkler to trip on and a dumpster on the other side of the hedge.

Nicely updated unit located toward the front of Kihei Kai Nani. Easy access from the lanai to the parking lot and the beach. You are behind Moose McGillycuddy's, but we didn't experience an issue with bar noise. The unit had everything we needed, and we were comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out, I'd definitely stay here again!

Our host was excellent! We were able to use the place on our final day as our flight didn’t leave until 11:30 pm. He was very accommodating. Location is excellent as it’s a 3 minute walk to Kam II.

Great location and comfortable place!

Right in the heart of Kihei, easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities (beach chairs, cooler, towels). Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We had an excellent stay. It was the perfect space for our family of 3. We loved that they provided beach gear. We also really enjoyed the convenient, walkable location! Would love to come back someday.

It was very conveniently located and reasonably priced.There's mold on the shower curtain and not enough blankets if you're actually using the pull out couch (we did). We tried reaching out to them for more and never got a response.All that being said, it was more than fine for the money and worked well for a home base while on Maui.

Great beach apartment

The place felt secure, the kitchen had the essentials, the home was great for a work vacation. The location was right next to the beach and a short walk to some restaurants. Great price for what you get.

The best thing about this property is the location, it is within a good proximity of most things you'd want to see in and near Kihei.

The host was very welcoming and did everything to ensure our stay was wonderful!

The property with Kihei Kai Nani is a very nice place to stay. Quiet and close to a beautiful beach (just across a street!). I will certainly recommend this place.

Best location in Maui! Fantastic unit!

This was such an easy stay! The management company went above and beyond to make every part of our stay perfect! This is THE location to stay in Maui! You are literally across the street from the best beach.

Couldn’t fault anything. Perfect location & room. Suggestion to put a sign on the shower tap to “pull out firmly to get water flowing- it does work ” Room amenities excellent & beach equipment very well received
