Great place to stay. Minutes from some of the best hiking in the area. Very quiet and very clean.

A lovely quiet spot to enjoy coastal Maine. The property was spotless and well appointed. All the basic amenities were great, including TV and AC. James was easy to contact and responded with good info. Definitely check out La Laiterie bakery on Rt. 1!

Another great stay in Downeast Maine! In the middle of a heat wave, the host had AC units running to ensure the house was cool on our arrival, which was unexpected and amazing! Fortunately the weather cooled off and we were able to enjoy the fresh air and open windows, but it was really nice to know that AC was an option if needed. Highly recommend as a great base camp for a visit Downeast.

We love the area and enjoyed the festival. We were under the impression we would be closer to the water. Thank you for lovely stay. The house has all the amineties one would want, clean and very comfortable

Great stay to hike the Bold Coast

5 friends stayed a couple nights for ease of access to the Bold Coast (see pic). House is beautiful and new. Quiet and private location with friendly neighbors. Close to Machias for shopping and dining. Public House is a must for lunch or dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Downeast Gem

This property was the perfect location for us to visit family and explore downeast Maine. Beautiful new construction, plenty of space, peaceful, and private even with neighbors next door and across the road. Easy access to Route 1 and all of the essentials in Machias and other points.
