Cottage with AMAZING Fire Pit Near Siesta Key!
Welcome to "Polka Dotted Pelican" located just a stone’s throw from world famous Siesta Key! This charming house is completely remodeled & nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Cheerful, clean, and fully equipped.... it's designed for your total relaxation and enjoyment! The living area has comfortable seating with sliding glass doors that open into a large covered/screened lanai for outdoor dining. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including new Keurig coffee maker. Unwind with your favorite drink or roast s'mores around the INCREDIBLE backyard fire pit!!
Amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, dedicated workspace, free indoor laundry, & bikes/games/beach chairs. Walk or bike to nearby Gulf Gate restaurants and shopping!
Guests may enjoy use of bikes, beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and sand toys for the kiddos. Additional amenities include BBQ grill, large covered lanai, and Adirondack chairs around an AMAZING fire pit! Perfect for weekend getaway or an extended stay!
The house is located just 2.6 miles from Siesta Beach Access #12 which is Crescent Beach. Distance to Siesta Key Public Beach is 4 miles. Short drive to multiple Publix grocery stores, Walgreens, Costco Shopping, and AMC movie theaters.
You will have access to the entire house and fully fenced/private backyard. There's room for 2 cars to park overnight on the driveway.
Please note: We have 2 exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of our home. One is located under the carport and the other is located on the far shell driveway.

Convenient location close to everything! Closest beach access is 2.6 miles away (Crescent Beach) and it's a short distance (4 miles) to Siesta Key Beach. This property is within walking or biking distance to nearby Gulf Gate restaurants & shops. Also just a short drive are multiple grocery stores, Costco Shopping, and AMC movie theaters. Lovely residential neighborhood with sidewalks. Quiet and nicely maintained.
