Wonderful Stay!

This was our second time staying at Hey Sugar. Great for our family, a wonderful backyard, and a well fitted home. Neighborhood was quiet and a great location with a proximity to many restaurants!

Hey Sugar! Was Amazing

Our stay at Hey Sugar! was amazing! The house was so clean and inviting. The outdoor space (especially the pool and spa) were perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to reserve Hey Sugar! for our next trip to Palm Springs.

Excellent property, lovely and spacious home. Very responsive and accommodating hosts! Excellent location - close to the airport, downtown district, shops, golf.Backyard area and pool/spa is well designed and maintained.Large patio windows were poorly cleaned, smudges were present the entire time we were there. To be fair, we didn't notify the property manager about this, because it wasn't a critical issue, and we wanted to just enjoy our stay.Second time here, and both times we had to have an additional pest control service (which worked well both times; in both instances, the ants were swarming the interior, and the service resolved that).The main living room furniture is not comfortable, especially the chairs; the couch is ok, but not accommodating for multiple people viewing the TV. Linens, towels, beds, and bedrooms are all very clean. Be warned: there is barely enough laundry detergent for the laundry.The rates increased about 25% from last year - stayed here same period last year; this property is now overpriced IMO.We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate our hosts! Due to the high rate increase (and no loyalty discounts), we will likely consider going elsewhere next year.

We’re sorry we didn’t have the opportunity to address them during your stay, as we would have been happy to take care of this for you. Regarding the ants, the warmer weather can unfortunately cause outdoor pests to seek cooler areas inside. We were glad we could have pest control out quickly and that the treatment resolved the issue. We also appreciate your additional feedback and will review with our team and homeowner. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us for a second time. We truly appreciate your repeat business and are very happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. We hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back to Palm Springs again in the future!

Our family loved our stay at Hey Sugar! We were extremely impressed with how well-stocked everything was - in the kitchen, laundry room, paper products. The house and property was super clean and every detail well cared for. The big spacious backyard was magnificent, with so many different seating options and ways to be comfortable and enjoy the pool and wonderful landscaping and mountains in the distance. Get the pool heating - no matter the hour, we were able to slip right into the water in total comfort. A very nice and peaceful neighborhood close to everything in Palm Springs that allowed us to maximize our enjoyment. And the game room was a big plus for our teens. See you again!
