La nostra missione è di offrire a voi e alla tua famiglia una vacanza indimenticabile in ciascuna delle nostre case durante la visita a Disneyland e Southern California. Durante il vostro soggiorno potrete godere non solo la più breve passeggiata per Disneyland, ma anche la nostra casa ben arredata, che è stata completamente ristrutturata e decorata con voi in mente.

Questa casa ristrutturata di 4 camere da letto ha una piscina privata e si trova proprio di fronte alla strada da Disneyland.

Inserisci questo piano di concetto aperto nella zona giorno, dove troverai pavimenti piastrellati in tutto. Quando è il momento di cucinare e, se è necessario, entrate nella cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, un tavolo da pranzo e un bar per due posti. L'alto soffitto nella camera familiare è grande e ha 2 divani e una sedia per le gambe stanche per allungare. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali con bagni privati. La terza camera da letto, di fronte al terzo bagno con combinazione doccia / vasca, dispone di un letto matrimoniale. La quarta camera, con un letto doppio con letto a scomparsa a due girevoli, è decorata con il tema dell'automobile Lightning McQueen per il piacere dei piccoli.

Amate il cortile posteriore - luogo ideale per godersi il tempo di Anaheim Disneyland. la piscina privata ha una recinzione per bambini ed è riscaldata durante tutto l'anno da settembre a maggio. L'area esterna di cottura ha il barbecue per cene al fresco e tavolo da pranzo all'aperto e sedie a sdraio.

Questa favolosa casa è perfettamente situata lungo la strada da Disneyland, dove troverete meravigliosi ristoranti, negozi e altro ancora.

Wonderful Anaheim getaway

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during Expo West. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive and helpful.After long days at the show it was great to come back to a quiet, comfortable space where everything was ready for us. The location worked perfectly for getting to the convention center and around the area.You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience. Great location and fun house.

House is about a 30 minute slow walk from the park so was a perfect location. House was clean and the pool was great after a long day in the parks. Beds were nice and comfortable. The only negative is the one bunk bed squeaked whenever anyone moved and the curtains where sheer so neighbors could see in at times but overall a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay for going to Disneyland

House is simple, but has everything you need. Pool was great, view of fireworks at night. About a half hour walk through Downtown Disney to get to Disneyland. We also took an Uber a couple of times for about $10. My family of 4 had plenty of room and a great time!

As to the 4 star review, we are sorry to hear that you were confused and thought that it was a 5 bedroom house. Our advertisement on vrbo and homeaway has always been for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home. With 1 king, 2 queens, and a twin over full bunkbed with twin trundle, we sleep 10 in beds/bedrooms.. Sorry to hear you were confused and thought it was a 5 bedroom.

Large, fun, perfect for our large family.

Tamar was very responsive if I had a question.we loved the house and enjoyed the pool and fireworks. The house was little too far for us to walk after being in the parks all day. Plus the one night we did walk, the busy street with our active children made this Grandma a little uneasy. I would definately stay here again.

Dear Christine, so glad you enjoyed your stay and the house. We are located directly across the street from Disneyland. You have to cross the street no matter what house you rent as there are no homes attached to Disneyland. They are in a big square and all the communities are across the street from each direction, be it Katella, S Walnut, Ball Road or Harbor. You have to cross a street, we just happen to be in a pocket that is the closest to Disneyland :)

Our host was welcoming and helpful when I had a question; Tamar clearly wanted us to have a good visit and we did! The house was great for our needs and served as a home base for 3 days at Disneyland. We took an Uber to/from Disneyland because we had smaller kids and knew we'd be pressing our luck if we added even more walking to our days; it worked out great. The game room in the garage was a hit with the kids, especially the old school Pac Man video game. And they also loved all the toys and costumes. The two sets of adults greatly appreciated having two primary suites and the associated privacy. The house was well-equipped. Thanks for a great visit!

Disneyland trip

The property was clean and provided an abundance of room, the kitchen could use some tupperware dishes. The distance from Disneyland is not accurate, which was a bummer because we ended up having to pay for parking at Disney, which is $30-35 a day.

Company trip to Disneyland

We planned on 6 adults and 2 children. The grandchildren didn’t come after all. Wish they had because they would have loved it. The decor was Disney theme. We could see fireworks from the backyard. Beautiful!

Great Place to enjoy Disney!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here! Great place with the kids between the pool, the dress up closet, and toys. It was a little too far for us to walk with our 3 and 5 year old kids which was a bit of a bummer. Easy Uber ride though. Nice kitchen for cooking meals, rooms comfortable and clean. We recommend!

Convenient, big, great neighborhood

All was great everyone fit comfortable. Close to to parks, and other stores and restaurants. Pool was great! It rained most of the time we were there but got to enjoy the pool at least one day. Could use extra clothing line or places to hang wet bathing suits and towels.There was no ball for the foose ball game. But everything else worked ok. Great for a large family and or group of people to share a place close to the park and was clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay

Funtierland was a great find! It’s around a 30 min to Downtown Disney. Right off of Katella so quick access to they Main Street. We had 4 high school girls and our 6 y/o son. The house was spaced perfectly so everyone had privacy or their own space. Plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. The pool is a priceless treat to have after a long day at the park. Cute decor but not over the top with Disney decor and plenty of toys and books for any young ones. The staff was super responsive and the overall process was seamless. Would definitely return.

Great Vacation Location

The location was awesome. I think the house was very clean and smelled nice. I noticed the house was a little outdated. There was only 2 televisions. I think a tv in every room is normal for most families. The dishwasher didn’t work so we had to hand wash dishes the entire vacation. Overall I think it was perfect for the amount of money that was spent.

Family Stay

Nice size house and clean. Backyard is nice. My cons for the house: lacking outlets in bedrooms, not enough hooks for towels in bathrooms, the fence around the pool was unhooked in part of it, WiFi was awful and useless. The house is advertised as family oriented, which was nice for our 2 year old. The toy room was good. The con to that is there is no extra lock on the front door or door to the garage. The door automatically unlocks from the inside when the handle is pulled, which is a huge safety concern when you have a toddler who likes to explore.

Lovely home

Enjoyed our stay, close to Disneyland. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for our family which included two sets of twins and a 10 year old. Especially liked the security fence around the pool. Not a reflection on the home more on the cleaner, but arrived to find kitchen trash from previous guest. Pool heater broken, but heating fee reimbursed. Communication with property management was quick and easy once we arrived. we accidentally tried to enter 15 minutes early so code got locked but management fixed that with one phone call. Overall home and location was close to perfect! Definitely better than staying at a hotel!

Great stay near Disneyland

We were very pleased with our stay. The house had everything our family of 5 needed for a Disney vacation. It was a reasonable walk (still 1.5 miles from the park) and the double stroller in the garage helped when our middle child couldn’t walk anymore. We stayed in the spring and it was quite cold so we couldn’t use the pool but it looked like a nice amenity. The rooms were cutely decorated and had plenty of space, bedding, etc. The only negative was that we didn’t get the funtierland email that we needed to confirm our stay until about an hour prior to check in. Also, the “contract” asked if we wanted to pay the pool heating fee and we said no but were still charged, and it was not inexpensive.

It looks like you agreed to the pool heat fee a few months prior to your arrival date and the contact was completed right after you booked, so I'm sorry that you were under the impression that we were asking you to confirm your stay on the day of your arrival.

Great place to stay!!!

Thanks for everything Tamar! Being the owner of three vacation rental properties on the East coast for many years, I probably have a different perspective on the rental experience -- and could be your toughest critic. However, renting your house was a pure pleasure, from beginning to end. Your communications, your prompt responses, your attention to detail, was evident in every aspect of our transaction and at the house itself. We arrived to a sparkling clean, well provisioned rental home, tastefully decorated and refreshingly welcoming after a long day of travel. The renovation of the house came out great and we felt as though we were the first occupants in a brand new dream home. As hoped, the backyard pool provided relaxing 'down-time' options during our stay. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience renting from you and we will be sure to rent from you again the next time we are in the area. You get a five star rating from everyone in my group. Clean, owner text a couple times to check if all was good. Will use this property again. Loved it.

Plenty of Space

I have been to Disneyland many times over the years, and this was the first time staying in a house in Anaheim and it was wonderful. It was lovely to be able to spread out when people needed down time. The home did have some signs of wear and tear, but it was clean and comfortable. (The only thing I would suggest to clean is two chairs in the front room that look very dingy.) The mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable. I have a Tempur-pedic at home and this mattress was not a disappointment. I slept very well and could not feel it when my husband changed positions. The queen bed also has a very nice mattress. The full bed is not as good, squeaky, but would be fine for a younger person :) For younger guests, there is an assortment of costumes in the hall closet and a little play area stocked with games and toys. Nice touch. As for distance to the parks, we walked it with no problem. I was pleasantly surprised! We went through downtown Disney and saved time at the security check. Zero lines. (This can often take 20-30 minutes if you go to the main gate check in first thing in the morning.) The walk was about 1.5 miles each way. There are outdoor cameras and I understand why, I just didn't like that one was aimed directly at the pool where my teenage daughter swam. There is a pizza/pasta place and convenience store, less than half a mile away. The pizza was good and they offered a very tasty, crispy gluten free option. Overall very satisfied with our stay.
