We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Really liked that we had a garage to park in. Also with my 97 year old father I liked the barrier free entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate house with lots of thoughtful amenities. 2 full ensuites, comfy beds, Large smart TVs in every room. Full garage for parking, quiet neighborhood. Super nice hosts. Highly recommend - would definitely book again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood- everything we needed for a few days. The added little extras were especially nice - cold water bottles in the refrigerator, some sweet & salty treats welcoming us, scented hand lotions. Our hosts went above & beyond to make us feel welcome!

Very clean with extremely comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. Garage access was added bonus. Very convenient to anywhere you wanted to go in Knoxville. Stayed 5 nights and only heard the train one morning at 6:30am. Very quiet otherwise. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect stay for our quick trip to Knoxville to visit our daughter. Close to UT campus, restaurants, and shopping - about 10 minutes to everything. The rental was extremely clean and looked just like pictures. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The only downside was that it’s located in a train town. We stayed for five nights, and on four of those mornings we were woken up by passing trains, typically around 3:45 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind when booking.

The location was peaceful and serene, offering a quiet retreat, yet it was conveniently close to all the attractions and necessities we needed. Wonderful house to stay in

We really enjoy staying at 5800 Metropolitan Way in Knoxville TN. The house is always very clean and quiet.The house is beautifully decorated too. Our hosts do a great job of making you feel at home. This is our third time staying at the house and hopefully will have many more dtays.

We came to UTK to visit our daughter who is a sophomore at the university. The house was in a great neighborhood, only a 10 minute drive to our daughter’s sorority. The house was extremely clean, spacious and had all the amenities you would need for a weekend away. We definitely will plan to stay there again!

Y'all.... Book this home NOW. It is even better than the pictures and description. It is roomy, modern, cozy, and absolutely spotless. Neighborhood is fantastic, location is perfect for everything Knoxville has to offer. I will be staying here every time I come to Knox!!!

Highly recommend

Excellent!! This home is super clean and fully stocked with high end amenities, everything you need for an extended stay. Beds are very comfortable. Two spacious bedrooms with TVs and large en suite baths. The 2 car garage was a great bonus. It was just perfect for us.

Wonderful Home

We were in Knoxville for a few days. This location was a super easy and quick drive to the downtown area. This home is immaculate! It is so clean and so cozy. We felt right at home at Felisa’s place. The home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. If we are ever in Knoxville again, this home will be our first choice!

I don’t know that we can say enough about this property. Definitely one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. The house was very well maintained, VERY clean and had nice amenities. Parking was great, we are also were able to park in the garage (garage remote provided)- which was a nice touch. The host was responsive and there were clear house guidelines/instruction posted throughout. If there was one negative it was that it was very close to train tracks and trains came through nightly - but we found more humor in that than annoyance. But, the location, house amenities and cleanliness made the stay a great experience. Overall the best experience we have had in our VRBO travels - definitely a MUST stay and we will be back!

Great 2BR 2BA

This was a very clean house with lots of extras! Host was very responsive and quickly accommodated our last minute booking. The house is on a quiet street and only 10-15 minutes from everything. Highly recommend this beautiful home! The two bedrooms plus pullout couch are great for up to 6. Another plus is the 2 stall garage with opener for plenty of off street parking.
