Con quattro camere da letto e tre bagni e mezzo, c'è molto spazio per tutta la famiglia in questa casa a 3 piani a Seacrest. Goditi le spettacolari viste sul Golfo dalle verande, rilassati nella piscina della comunità o goditi un rilassante giro in bicicletta fino alla vicina Rosemary Beach. Dai un'occhiata al nostro arredamento luminoso con arredi incantevoli e confortevoli in un ambiente immacolato, incluso lo schermo piatto t. v.s in ogni stanza. Could not find a negative even if I tried!

We love this area. This is the 2nd year we have stayed here, just a different house. It was beautiful and perfect! Plenty of room to be together, but also to spread out and have our own space. A short walk to the beach - quick drive to everything! We were able to see fireworks from Seaside and Alys beach!

This was a wonderful property. The layout was a bit different than the pictures but that was the only thing different. The walk to the beach was only like 2 minutes!! The internet was having issues due to construction work but the manager kept great communication with us until it was back and working. I’d definitely stay here again!

Spacious house, great beach access, awesome for families

We loved our stay on sea breeze! The public beach access is literally across the street. The home is so spacious and has a very practical layout. Kitchen is fully stocked with tons of seating! 3 functional balconies made for fun spaces for game nights and meals as well! The owner was quick to respond to our questions on beach access and beach gear available (there were quite a few chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys!). Such a fantastic location. We highly recommend!!

Great for two families; location is fantastic!

We went with our two kids and another family with 2 kids. Plenty of space in the home for all and actually the house was bigger than I expected… the pictures didn’t do it justice! Each bedroom had a bathroom. The house is in an *ideal* location- just a walk across the street to the beautiful beach… and I mean beautiful! We saw a few jellyfish and went ghost crab hunting at night. There are several sets of stairs to get down to the beach so plan accordingly (we brought a wagon but ended up not taking it because it was too hard to go up and down the stairs). There was a handy “rinse off” station right by the beach access. House was well stocked and clean. Several beach items, like chairs, were provided. Plan to bring extra dishwasher pods, paper towels, and laundry detergent as the property management company only provides a few. The pool is small, but it wasn’t busy so not a huge deal. We watched a ton of people walking from far distances to get to the beach and we were so pleased to not be part of that group because we were so close! If you are concerned about space and location, this is the perfect place for you!

GREAT PLACE

Great place to stay for the entire family! The house is AMAZING and the toys and chairs and umbrellas that come with the house make going to the beach a breeze. Will definitely stay there again.

Annual Family Vacation

This property meet all of our needs, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals, house was very clean, great distance to the beach, loved that there was plenty of chairs & toys for the kids, would definitely recommend staying here

A great place to stay

The location is perfect. Short walk to beach. We enjoyed sitting outside, nice view of the water and the activity along 30 A. Lots of room for the six of us, great house!

Beach vacation

We had a great time here at Seajoy! The location was great and the size of the house fit our family (11 people - 3 families) perfectly. We enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend this house to anyone.

Close to beach access and in view of the Gulf. Really appreciated the owner’s flexibility and clear instructions. Charming multi-level with a great beach feel!

Perfect house with everything you need.

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Great location to the beach but still in a quiet area. House has everything you need. Lots of toys for the kids.

Family vacay

Our family vacation at this home was perfect. The home is immaculate, a wonderful location, convenient to beach and restaurants. Renee went above and beyond to accompany us. We had only one issue of a public security light shining in a bedroom. She had eye masks sent to the house for this issue. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. We had eight adults and were never crowded. Plenty of space for us all. We had an amazing week!

We loved Seajoy!

We loved our stay at Seajoy! It is right across the street from the beach access, which is perfect for our family. We also loved being able to ride our bikes to Rosemary in the evenings if we wanted to. The new floors were pretty too! Renee, the owner, is incredibly easy to work with and answered all of my questions prior to the trip.

Amazing house in a great location

The house was well stocked, clean with close and easy beach access. We really couldn’t have asked for more. The view from the balconies are amazing. The pool was usually empty besides us. The beach was close. With the houses being close to one another, we worried about noisy neighbors a bit, but that was not an issue at all. We would not hesitate to book in this location again.

Perfect location for our family vacation

This location was perfect for our family vacation (total of 6 adults and two kids). It was so nice to walk in and be greeted with a welcome package that included goodies and a bottle of wine. We loved how close to the beach it is, which was literally right across the street. Also, all the beach amenities that are included in the house (beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc.) was a huge plus. We also loved how close to The Hub we were which made it easy for dinner options everynight. Paradise Properties went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. I highly recommend this property!!!
