Unit was well equipped and nicely appointed. The views were spectacular. Balcony was nice and roomy with good furniture for relaxing. Good central location to both Fernandina and Amelia. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! They had plenty of beach toys and chairs for the 6 of us. Loved the location and the oceanfront views.

This is a great property to enjoy the Atlantic. The condo is updated and clean with easy access to the beach and pool. The condo is close to great food choices. The property management team is professional and great at communication.

The kitchen was very well equipped. Very roomy. Loved the outdoor dining table. Amazing views! The only negative comment is that the complex doesn’t have a grilling area.

We loved our stay! The spacious living area and balcony were great. Master bathroom accessibility was appreciated. The arcade game was a hit with the guys! Beds and pillows were very comfy.

Great Trip

Have stayed with Stay Better a couple times now and have not been disappointed. The places are nice, great location and excellent communication. I will be back again and stay at one of their locations.

This location was perfect for our vacation with my nephew and his family as the layout gave us a private space and they had a family friendly area. The fact that it was right at the beach and the pool was a plus for those who didn’t want to stay out as long as the others but were still able to watch from the balcony! The beds, showers, and quietness are my typical critique points and this place checked all the boxes! The unit is also centrally located so we were able to see and do so much with a quick car ride. Looking forward to returning again soon! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We had a fabulous time at Amelia South. We absolutely loved waking up to the sunrise every morning. The view was phenomenal! The G5 unit was very well appointed and super accommodating and met all our needs.

Beautiful setting

Beautiful clean updated condo. Spacious. Great beach. View outstanding. The sound of the ocean is to die for. Service excellent. Handyman came and fixed the blind within a few hours. Definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful property- nicer even than the posted pictures. Plenty of blankets and plates cups mugs and silverware and the blinds were important for turtle hatching season. Communication was fairly good and quick with Stay Vacations, although limited.The bath tissue and paper towel were extremely poor quality- glad we brought our own. It was also very important to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as it was not provided. The bathtub was very slippery for the kids and needs gripper strips on the bottom. Finally, the rental agency communication stops at 4 every day when checkin starts at 4 so that is a problem if there are any concerns upon checking in.

Beautiful View and great location

This condo is spacious and well appointed. The upgrades of the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The large family room area has a nice, comfortable couch. The patio was large with a table for oceanfront dining and two chaise lounges for relaxing! The pool was cleaned everyday. The beach walkway had two spray areas for cleaning off your beach chairs and toys. We definitely recommend this condo for your Amelia Island vacation.

The most peaceful holiday weekend

The condo was DREAMY. We loved the balcony with the loungers and table for morning coffee and sunrise. We loved the easy access to the beach and being able to see our teens at the pool and in the sand right from the window. Extremely responsive team. Thank you. Highly recommend. We went out to dinner. We did Boneyard Beach. We ordered in pizza and had movie nigt with the kids.

Beautiful view!

The location was great being right on the beach it was a plus that there was beach, chairs, toys, and other things to bring on the beach! It was a large inconvenience that they did not have a garbage shoot, and that we had to walk our own garbage to the dumpster, which was in the far corner and not close at all. I also think that the place can use a little more lighting in the living room area. It was very dark, even with the lights turned on.And they really should have a keurig. Other than that, its a great place.

G5 Amelia South

G5 was a great condo - spacious and beautifully decorated and comfortable. I did leave a note about a ring I found in the chaise lounge section of the couch. Housekeeping left a used bedspread (I think) and some pillow cases on the couch. I put them in the laundry closet. Our only suggestion is that instructions for the television would be very helpful, especially to us who are a bit technology challenged.
