OCEAN FRONT! Top floor, corner unit condo with panoramic views of the ocean and California coastline!

Feel the ocean breeze, and listen to the waves crashing from the moment you walk in!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and surfers, or relax with a glass of wine paired with a spectacular San Diego sunset!

A truly magical vacation getaway for any occasion. The master bedroom has incredible ocean views, a walk out ocean front balcony, and a king size bed with a memory foam mattress.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, a twin bed, and a flat screen tv. There is also an air mattress, pack and play, ironing board, vacuum etc in the closet.

The living room has a new sectional couch, new 55” flat screen TV, electric fireplace, cable and internet etc.

The dining room has a table with 4 chairs and 2 bar stools.

The kitchen has two coffee makers (kurig and regular), tea kettle, toaster, wine glasses, silverware, utensils, blender and everything else needed for a perfect vacation.

The condo also includes 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, bath and beach towels, soaps and shampoos, family games etc.

Location was great but the pots and pans were not good they had black spots and rust and we could not cook food also we did find roaches in the bathroom and kitchen this might have come from the construction going on but still should be addressed. Also the tub could use some non slip mats the towel rack in the photo was probably ripped out from someone trying to grab it getting out of the tub cause it was gone when we rented. This place would be great if taken care of.

Location was of course the best and what we wanted, however the cleanliness ( bedding, drapes, window screens) and fact that there was carpet ( very moist)! Was a turn off. We still enjoyed our stay and obviously the extreme amount of moisture is uncontrollable but adaptions are necessary!

Beautiful view and great location! The unit was clean and looked like the photos online. The owner was great and garage parking was easy. There wasn’t air conditioning but the breeze at night helped. Also, the unit does need some updating but overall we had a great stay.

Amazing Location

We stayed here during the 4th of July. The entrance to the condo complex is off of the alley, and there's an elevator as well to help you bring up your luggage. The condo looks just like the pictures, even more beautiful with the view of the beach. We LOVED the master bedroom view. It's a corner unit so we had almost a panoramic view of the beach. It seems like they did their best trying to clean the carpet but it didn't feel 100% clean. Bathroom was spotless as well as the kitchen. The place also has everything you need! Ice, full kitchen w/ appliances, big living room TV, beach toys, and extra pillows and blankets.

Traveler beware

This property is absolutely atrocious. It started upon walking in. The ocean was unviewable because the windows and screens were filthy. There was mold and dirt on the screens and windowsills. Safety was no concern by the owner. The bath had no mat. Sheets had hair from previous tenants. Most of the light switches and electric outlets were non-usable. There were metal pieces in the garbage disposable. The mattress pad was heavily stained and filthy dirty. The owner did return call. DO NOT STAY HERE

Location was top notch. Condo was dirty, run down and not clean at all. I have photos of you want them.

Beach stay

The location is excellent with direct access to the beach as well as many great places to eat very near by. The condo was clean and as advertised in the listing. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive at all times. The condo needs some attention but over all we had a nice stay.

Needs Updated

The location and views were amazing. The communication with the host was very good. I was disappointed with the condo itself. The owner could do some minor repairs. A new paint job would be in order. The carpets could use a cleaning. The bedside lamps in both bedrooms didn't have knobs on them to turn on. Some of the outlets didn't work in the living room. When turning on the fan in the second bedroom, I could see sparks with the electric. This should probably be checked out. I would stay again if the inside repairs were completed.

Great location

This place is a perfect beach getaway. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The listing is very accurate. We just stayed one night and were very happy with the accommodations and communication with the property manager/owner.

Excellent location

Really enjoyed our stay here. A patio overlooking the ocean and the constant sound of the waves was wonderful. Carpet was very wet when we got there but we were happy it was clean. Some electrical outlets did not work but overall a great stay. Perfect location close to lots restaurants, bars and coffee shops too.
