Colleen was an awesome guest who I mistakenly gave a subpar rating to thinking i was reviewing a previous guest. I will be having vrbo correct to 5/5 across the board!

With dozens of 5* reviews, it is obvious that we have a top quality home that we take pride in. When guests like Harout misrepresent themselves and bring groups of friends for a party weekend and not their family, they ruin the VRBO experience for everyone. From cigarette burns in the dining room table and carpet to stains on the stairs to damage to landscaping and pool equipment, the list goes on. Lets not forget the plumber that was needed to clear the bathroom drain from vomit that clogged it to the racist reply that the guest sent after being informed that the damage deposit would be retained. It's also important to note that the $1000.00 damage deposit was retained, but estimate of damage approached $3000.00. The guest never asked for pictures of the damage (which we have and are happy to send anyone who asks), but instead ran to Mastercard to try to do a chargeback to avoid paying for the damage they caused. They also never contacted VRBO during their stay about any of their fabricated definicies, and ony created them once told of the damage bill. The home is stocked with more towels and bedding than could ever be needed, along with a cupboard full of replacement paper supplies that are continually replenished by our professional property manager. This guest should be avoided at all costs.
