Tucked away for privacy, the entrance to our home is located down a gently sloped private driveway. The secluded setting ensures a quiet and peaceful retreat, with the home nestled away from the road for added tranquility with the rear of the home perched on a hill.

Bedroom 4 is thoughtfully furnished as a versatile space, combining a home office and a light gym. It features a comfortable desk and chair for working, along with free weights and open space for light workouts, offering the perfect balance of productivity and fitness while traveling.

The spacious living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring three comfortable leather sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a high quality sound bar. For added fun, enjoy a karaoke setup that's perfect for lively gatherings or cozy nights in.

An extra-large chef's kitchen awaits, fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The centerpiece is an oversized island with ample seating, perfect for gathering while meals are prepared. Step outside to the deck, where a patio table for six offers an inviting space for dining by fresh air and beautiful views. For indoor dining, the adjacent dining room offers comfortable seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals together if you prefer not to dine on the deck. Whether you choose to eat indoors or out, the space is designed for both comfort and spaciousness.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have the whole main level of the house and upper deck with propane grill to enjoy.

Please do not disturb basement suite guests and respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am, especially in the kitchen which is right above the basement suite bedroom. The basement suite has its own exterior entrance and lower deck.

HOUSE RULES:

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE PROPERTY.

NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM - 8AM.

MUST BE OVER 25 TO BOOK.

We only accept families or groups of related individuals. No groups of unrelated individuals are allowed. All booking requests must be approved. We do not have instant booking turned on.

Guests must abide by the borough's permitting requirements of Maximum Guest Count of 6 people (including day visitors) and 3 vehicles off or on-street.

Breaking any of the House Rules is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund and/or a charge of $200 per person/per day above 6 person Maximum Guest Count, including visitors.
