Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom almost Ocean Front triplex located in beautiful Atlantic Beach. This property puts you in close proximity to the Ocean and Atlantic Beach Circle. Enjoy all the local shopping, restaurants , and exploring all the Crystal Coast has to offer! Perfect place to make memories with the family!
The space
Your 2 bedroom 1 bath rental is equipped with all essential kitchen amenities-including bed and bath linens. It is located in the top floor of the triplex (stairs are located on the left side of the house).
There is a small deck at the top of the stairs and an outdoor shower under the stairs.
Guest access
Guests have access to the outdoor shower (located under the stairs), outside seating at the top of the stairs, extra large balcony with bistro table and patio furniture, washer dryer (shared with other guests), and private upstairs rental unit. The backyard is a common area for all guests.
Other things to note
This rental is upstairs. The stairs are located on the left side of the house.
Guests will enter using a 4 digit code.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The deck and breathtaking ocean views were the highlight of the property. Beach access is just across the street, and restaurants, bars, and shops are all within easy walking distance, so there’s no need to move your car once you arrive.Michelle and Mike were incredibly friendly, responsive, and wonderful hosts. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

We will definitely be coming back! Excellent location. A 1 min walk to the beach. We walked to 2 different restaurants for dinner and so much to do at Atlantic Beach. Wish we had more time to spend here. Thank you Mike for helping us unpack our car. You have the perfect place! We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay couldn’t be more enjoyable!! Such a cute perfect spot to stay. Right across from a beach access & walking distance to circle, restaurants. The host communication was amazing from the check in process to checking in on us during the weekend…thank you for an amazing stay!! We will be back

Beach stay

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The house was clean, but there was dog hair around the house. I would stay again!

What a location! The unit is located across the street from the ocean and there is a view of the ocean from the large covered deck. It did not impact us but others may want to be aware there are no closets and no dishwasher. The unit has a window unit and split unit air condition rather than a central unit. We were a little concerned the bedrooms would get too warm but it was fine. Something to be aware of if you have temperature sensitivities. The beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive.

Our stay was lovely! We went up for an extended weekend to celebrate my mother’s birthday and they even left a card a balloon! Location was ideal and we loved sitting out on the covered porch!

Love love loved our stay! Fantastic location- short walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Really enjoyed the spacious deck with gorgeous ocean views, and listening to the waves and birds. Can’t wait to come back!

Most of the time, parking can be an issue when sharing it with other units. I appreciated that there were designated spots with plenty of space for each vehicle vs. packed in close; however, one piece of feedback may be to add some sort of sign or indication. There are no closets in unit A; however, depending on what you're doing at the beach, most things can probably be folded anyway. Unless you're bringing lots of suits and dresses, you can probably get by with the hooks on the door. But that is being very picky.We really enjoyed the deck outside unit A. It was quite large and allowed for plenty of shade in the morning to enjoy our coffee, salt air, breeze and birds. The location was on the 2nd row, so you're always going to have some sort of obstruction; however, it did provide a better view of the water than I anticipated. Of course, having the beach access right there in front is a bonus too. Plus, if you don't mind just a little 3–4-minute walk, there is entertainment and shopping just down the road without having to pay to park. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a couple just looking to get away and enjoy the beach.
