Loved this place! Only wish we had a longer stay so we could enjoy more time in it. The beds were amazing, place was well maintained. The walk to the train was short and easy. My only feedback would be to have a welcome packet ready at check in or included in the welcome message. As we got on the road early yesterday, I didn’t know we were to take the trash out when we left. As they said, not a big deal but as a guest and customer, I want to do whatever is needed or required. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again

Thank you for the wonderful review and for being such thoughtful guests! Please don’t worry about the trash at all. It was truly not a big deal, we want our guests focused solely on enjoying their stay. That said, we really appreciate the welcome packet suggestion and will keep it in mind. We’d love to host you again, hopefully for a longer stay next time!

We were looking for a place that accommodated a party of 8 and this place only accommodated 7. Most VRBO’s are well equipped with kitchen utensils and things used for cooking but the options here were limited. We only had 7 plates and cups as well as some of the fans didn’t work properly in the room. Pricing was good but if you are a big group, I would stay somewhere else.

Thank you for staying with us and for the honest feedback. We’re glad the pricing worked for your group, and we’re sorry the kitchen didn’t have everything you needed. Since your stay, we’ve fully restocked the apartment, including additional plates, cups, utensils, and cookware, so future groups will have plenty to work with. We appreciate you letting us know about the fans as well. For future guests reading this, please note the listing is set up for up to 7 guests. Thank you again, and we hope to have the chance to host you in the future.

Have 15 min away subway and family

They need to change beds and the heater was not heating one of the bedroom. It was a challenging having one restroom for all of us. But other than that..everything was wonderful.

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad to hear that overall you had a wonderful stay. I do want to mention that the beds are relatively brand new, but I understand that comfort can be subjective, and I’ll certainly take your comment into consideration. I also appreciate you bringing the heater issue to my attention, we’ve since addressed that to ensure every room stays warm and comfortable. Thanks again for staying with us, and I’d be happy to host you again in the future!
