This house was amazing! I was so happy we stayed here. We went with extended family and the house had enough space, with rooms/areas for separation and privacy within the group. I couldn't have been happier! Very clean, amenities as described. All around 5 stars!

The size of the property was great for our needs. The deck is very nice as were the parking and driveway area. The rooms were very comfortable except for the big room with all the single beds. The adults and children who stayed in the area complained it was cold. The garbage disposal did not work and the water backed up. We only had one towel per person for a four day stay. Many of the light switches did not work along with many lights did not work. The home could use some updating inside. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

Thank you for your feedback, Tim. We’re glad Rockrose’s size, deck, parking, and comfortable rooms worked well for your group and that you enjoyed your time together. We’re sorry some guests were cold and that you experienced an issue with the garbage disposal. We first learned of these concerns through your review. Maintenance has since fixed the disposal in about five minutes. The large room with twin beds has a heater, and additional portable heaters are available at the home. We would have been happy to help your group locate and use them. The nonworking switches/lights are labeled and do not affect essential guest amenities. We provide one bath towel per guest, with two washers, two dryers, and plenty of laundry detergent available to refresh towels during a stay. We appreciate your feedback about the interior. We encourage guests to call or message us with any concerns during their visit so we can address them promptly and help everyone enjoy a comfortable stay. If you don't share, we don't know.

Perfect house for a group of Friends

Everything was perfect we had a great stay, the house is amazing more than enough space, cozy and very well organized with all utilities present.

The house was great! Clean, organized well. Enough room for family of 12! And still has empty beds. The management company were helpful and responsive. Thank you for a lovely family vacation..even without snow!

Lovely stay for large group

We had a wonderful time at the house with a group of people of all ages. The kids had their own space in the bonus room and we had some peace & quiet. Enjoyed making lots of yummy food, playing games, and just hanging out by the fireplace.Loved the view of trees outside the large windows. The kids got to explore in the forested area by the house, and we loved the trail nearby for bike riding and walking.Had a couple of hiccups during our stay, but the host was very attentive and resolved our issues in a timely manner. Will definitely stay again if coming to the Black Butte Ranch.
