Step into the serenity of Nip-Tide 2 for your beach getaway. This home is sure to steal your heart, with it's spacious floor plan offering 3-bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms & a beautiful covered porch with a TV for relaxing day and night. Also offers a private backyard for enjoying the quiet after a busy day. Enjoy the There is plenty of parking for 2 vehicles and golf carts.

*Complimentary GOLF CART use for licensed drivers age 25+

Quaint back yard area to listen to the sounds of the birds.
2 queen beds and 2 twin beds as well as full pull-out sleeper sofa if needed. Washer dryer in home.
Cable and complimentary WIFI. Owner not responsible if WIFI temporarily interrupted.
Gas grill, Outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water.

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cozy and peaceful

The house was a perfect match for our family. There was always hot water for showers. The golf cart was a great addition and the kids loves it.
