The home was wonderful, met all of our needs as a family. The kitchen was amazing and spacious, the rooms were comfortable and the TV’s were an added bonus. Check in was smooth and check out was easy as well. We would definitely stay at Vare properties again.

Very clean new place. Obviously only used for a rental. Stocked with most of what you’d need for a quick trip. Rental company is very helpful. The neighborhood is a bit sad / below the level of the house itself. But if you need to be at polo fields / Coachella it’s very easy and convenient.

Exceptional stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The property was stunning, and the outdoor areas provided fun for all ages. The layout of the house is perfect for hosting, with plenty of space for everyone. I was initially skeptical, wondering if the photos were too good to be true, but they absolutely weren’t! The house was spacious and exceeded our expectations. Everything was in great condition, and the management team was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with smart features. Everything as described. The only issue for us was the cleanliness- floors and rugs weren’t washed. I think it may have been something overlooked by the cleaning crew and not a direct reflection of the host. Never received clubhouse keys- but that was fine with us as we were planning on staying in and using the beautiful pool (w/ views of the mountains).

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the property, the smart features, and especially the pool and mountain views. We truly appreciate you pointing out the cleanliness concerns. We’ve shared this with our cleaning team to ensure closer attention to the floors and rugs moving forward, as this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience next time!

Perfect Stay in Indio

The house was spotless, brand new, and beautifully designed with bright, airy spaces and abundant natural light. The modern, spacious kitchen and living area were ideal for entertaining, fully stocked with everything we needed. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a walk-in closet, the layout was thoughtfully designed for comfort. The beds and linens were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful stay. The home also featured a double car garage and a separate golf cart garage for added convenience. The outdoor space was a highlight, featuring a private plunge pool, an adjacent spa tub, and even our own putting green. The location was excellent, close to shopping, grocery stores, and top golf courses. The property manager was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Their quick assistance made our stay even better. This home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
