Our family of 5 had such a great stay here. The kitchen is stocked with everything we could have needed. Game area was so much fun for adults and kids alike. Hot tub was roomy enough for all of us and beach towels were provided. Everything was clean and cozy. Host quickly responded to all messages. Would love to stay here again when we return to this beautiful area!

Loved this property! It was very clean and super cozy! My kids loved the hot tub and game room. The adults did as well.The home had everything we needed. If I ever return to the area, I would absolutely rent this home again. The host was amazing!

We had a great time at Good Vibes Only! The game room was a huge hit and kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we’ve seen in a vacation rental - had everything we needed. It’s also just a short drive to the Gorge area, which made exploring super easy. Highly recommend!

Great Girls’ Weekend

This property was amazing and we all enjoyed it our weekend. Even though we got a lot of rain, having a place like this to spend time together made it an unforgettable weekend!

Family of 5, including three energetic boys! We had plenty of space and things to do. We booked this house specifically because there were plenty of things to do if the weather wasn’t great! Thankfully we had wonderful weather and were able to explore KY during our stay but we made time to spend plenty of time enjoying the amenities of the house and game barn! It was perfect and everything our family needed. Communication with the property owner was incredible!

Trip to the Gorge

My brothers and I had an absolute blast! The game room was fun, we enjoyed the fire pit, and were very comfortable at the house too! The drive to the gorge was easy and I'd be happy to stay here again!

Fun, Relaxing Stay

It was clean, had most everything we needed in the kitchen (just needed a very large pot for spaghetti), our bed was comfortable, the hot tub and game room was super fun! We had a great time!!!! Thank you

We throughly enjoyed our vacation At Good Vibes Only! The house was immaculate and equipped with all the comforts of home. Jeff responded quickly if we had any questions or concerns. Overall, if we are ever in Kentucky again, we would stay at this place.

We had a fantastic long weekend here! A few minor hiccups came up, but what could have been stressful turned into a wonderful stay thanks to the host.Let’s be real life happens and we’re all human. What mattered was how quickly the host handled everything. They were super responsive, proactive, and on top of it every step of the way (including one issue that was probably my fault!).The property is top-notch:Kitchen: Exceptionally well-equipped.Entertainment: Loaded retro arcade games, ping pong, and foosball kept everyone busy!Beds:So comfortable the pillows were better than mine at home!One friendly tip for the host: there’s a tree in the front getting ready to block your gorgeous view! Right now, it’s still small enough to tackle yourself before it takes over. LOL.If I could give 10/10 stars I would, but 5 stars on Vrbo will have to do. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. The house had many things to keep you occupied but we were too busy out in the gorge to use. We were exhausted by the end of the day and would sit and watch a family movie. It was very clean, the house had a few minor wear and tear on stuff but would totally book again.

The property was perfect for our stay! Large screened in porch with a nice hot tub. Large garage, converted to game/entertainment room. There is a picnic table and fire pit. We had all the cook ware we needed and towels, blankets, etc… what we loved the most was location. Our intentions were to hike in the RedRiver Gorge in the mornings, picnic and kayak in the afternoons. We were only 20 minutes from the Gorge and 5 minutes from Clay City yet we were in a private rural setting for the evening. Just what we wanted! Clay City has the perfect Red River loop to kayak for free and you only need one vehicle to do it. It’s a couple hour loop and the take out lands you just a three block walk from where you put in. Mi Hacienda mexican restaurant was delicious as well! I would go there again in a heartbeat and I wouldn’t bother trying to find anywhere else to stay. Good Vibes provided the perfect home for our stay!

The property had an accurate listing. It was really relaxing and enjoyable. It could have used a better dusting. The hottub was enjoyable after a day hiking. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
