Thank you for your helpful review. We did appreciate your patience with the pool issue and have since corrected the issue. You were great guests and are always welcome back! Best Jennifer LeBlanc

It is always upsetting when a guest does not enjoy their stay. We pride ourselves on giving top notch attention to every group that comes to our vacation homes. We repeatedly receive high praise on our speedy responses to any issues that arise. This was impossible for this group. We received 8 phone calls from 10:42pm to 11:00pm the first day of these guests arrival. I called them back at 11pm. They informed me the fridge was at 50 degrees. When I asked them several questions they admitted they added warm cases of waters, many other warm drinks and totally filled with groceries. I told them to take some of the warm items out and spread some of the groceries to the other fridge in the wet bar. I explained if you fill an empty fridge the temp will go up every time. Asked them to call me in the morning to tell me the temperature. In the morning I had to call them to find out. They insisted the fridge was still not functioning. I called a repair company that day which was a Sunday and they came out that evening at 6pm. We were told the fridge was still filled with all the drinks and items but was working at -2 freezer and 37 fridge and nothing wrong. They accused us of fixing the fridge and lying about the repair. They arrived 20 minutes after the repair man who called them to say he was on his way. We received a very nasty call regarding this. We were told there were little ants in the master bath. Our assistant came with ant bait but was told not to enter the house. After they vacated the house we found those on the front porch unopened. The pool has an autofill. One of the guests during their stayed hit the autofill and caused it to continuously run. This caused the chlorine to be so diluted it caused the pool to turn green. We were not told about this until 2 days later. Our pool company came out that day. They had cleaned the pool 4 days prior and it was blue and clear. We never heard a thing about cockroaches or the dryer not working. The dryer worked for housekeeping and the current guests. I do not believe this to be true. This group was verbally abusive on the phone. Would call at all hours multiple times every minute until we answered. We have no problem taking care of any issues that come up in our single family homes. We were attentive to their calls until. We did everything we could to make them happy but it was clear they were looking to get a free stay. We asked these guests to leave the home. They did so.
