Questo complesso condominiale è un edificio più piccolo che ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia, una piscina riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio, privato proiettato in balconi con vista diretta sul Golfo da ciascuno ... è perfetto !! Ci sono diversi ristoranti con intrattenimento dal vivo a pochi passi così come Dunkin Donuts, negozio di generi alimentari Winn-Dixie, minigolf e altro ancora. Troverete John's Pass Village a circa 1 miglio a sud che è pieno di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di cavalcare le montagne russe mentre sei in città? Wonderful relaxing Vacation

This was a wonderful place to relax at. Listening to the waves and locals coming out to play music while the sunset was very relaxing. The Condo was wonderful, everything we needed to enjoy the atmosphere and unwind

Beautiful Place

The condo was awesome! Very clean and spacious. The appliances seemed to be new and were very nice and worked great. We loved the screened in balcony. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a great stay!

Much needed get away!

Arie Dam is perfectly situated in Madeira Beach. This particular unit was fine, but definitely use some TlC compared to others we have stayed in at Arie Dam.

very nice!!

Very nice condo! Would definitely stay again. Only minor issue was the 2 sinks in the master bath drained pretty slowly. Otherwise loved it and would definitely rent again!

great condo in a wonderful location

Just ok

Enjoyed our time of relaxation and downtime. The building next to the aerie dam is run down and sketchy. The fence is low so laying by the pool you are looking directly at the run down property. Thank goodness it wasn't a busy week we were there. The carpet definitely needs cleaned if not replaced. Beach is nice. Patio furniture looks like something they picked up at a a garage sale nothing matched and was plastic chairs. Not sure I would return.

Love Arie Dam usually

We love Arie Dam usually. The unit we stayed in this year was the worst we have ever seen. Needs a good cleaning, painting, curtains in master were missing to many verticals. Closet door in master was not attached and didn’t realize until it came crashing down on me. Master bed was so broke down I literally slept at an angle. Very disappointed in unit this time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo complex was located with ample parking right by the entrance. The pool was well situated as it caught the sun all day whilst also having a shaded section should you have wanted to avoid the sun. There was communal loungers and chairs that could be taken on the beach that avoided having o pay which was a bonus. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we could have needed. There were ample towels, a well stocked kitchen and beach equipment including cooler and umbrella that was greatly appreciated. Tv had good channel package. It was lovely to be able to hear the waves break from the bedroom and the enclosed balcony means no bugs at night.

Beach front with mostly quiet families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is perfectly situated right on the beach, a beautiful view from the living and porch. The condo was a nice size and the furniture worked perfectly. Even the mattresses were good. However, the televisions in this condo are a joke. The ones in the bedrooms shouldn't be counted as televisions. The one in the living room was very small. It may not seem that this is important until it rains almost every day or until someone in your family gets sunburned and needs to stay in for a day or so. Secondly, the parking place for this condo is not covered and when it rains the place has a big big puddle. Except for the people above us who argued until 1:00 am two nights, this place was quiet and full of other families with children.

Decent condo

stayed at 202 for the week. the condo is nicely done with fairly nice decor. My concerns are that the rug is old and needs to be updated. in the bedrooms the TV's should be replaced. Both are small 12 inch and are mounted on a wall of 10 feet in length. Sets that are at least 30 inches would be okay to hang. My major concern is the keys for the condo. The keys given to us by the rental company just didn't work. A key is needed to get into the building and to get in and out of the pool area which leads to the beautiful beach. This would be the major reason I wouldn't rent here again at the Arie Dam. Also my car was hit in the parking lot, by whom don't know. Called the rental company who in turn called the condo management company because there are cameras and was told they don't know how to work them. What a joke!!!!

Condo without a working elevator

The condo was perfect. The screened in lanai was a huge bonus. The walk out right to the beach was a huge perk. There were 3 wonderful restaurants right across the street. The beach decorations were great too However the elevator not working was a huge problem! And no advance warning was really terrible. Imagine our surprise to arrive with all our luggage and groceries to find we had to carry it all up 4 flights of stairs. The sign on the elevator said it was broken due to “the storm” and never mentioned which one. We talked to people in the pool who had been notified that it would be fixed before they left and it was not. No mention of how long it was broken. We did reach out to Resort Rentals and they said they thought it was fixed or would be very soon and they would let us know when it would be fixed. All of this communication seemed to just appease us as we never saw ANY repair people at all. I do understand that sometimes things happen but I may have canceled if I knew this going to be my vacation. Once we were there what choice did we have. We are almost n our 70’s and never pictured our vacation to be trying to get up and down 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day. Plus carrying beach bags and chairs was almost impossible. I can’t believe that this is acceptable in a world of ADA compliance. The stairwells were very hot and we dreaded the thought of going up and down. I feel that that there wasn’t a bit of compassion or apology from Resort Rental, VRBO or the owner

Musty!!!

The condo was nice just really musty smell, the main bedroom had a ceiling leak tripping into the trash can, and the pool was not open at all and doesn’t look like it will be anytime soon. Lots of construction all around, which is understandable, but a heads up would have been nice.

Great Condo

The condo itself was recently renovated and nicely done. Unfortunately due to the hurricane, the pool and hot tub were not opened. The pavers around both were getting installed so it was very noisy and dusty. The elevator was down occasionally and the fire alarm went off one day and we had to go outside til it stopped. Parking for guests was terrible during the day as the small lot was filled with contractors vans. Thursday the property manager asked us to let a contractor in at 11 for patio door repairs, contractor showed up at 8:00am and said he’d be there most of the day. Therefore I turned him away. Hopefully we can come stay again next year when it’s done being rebuilt
