We really enjoyed our stay. Just right for a couple. Lots of charm and spotlessly clean.

We had an amazing time in grand haven - property was perfect for almost anything. We had our pontoon with us to fish on Lake Michigan and we rode our bikes everywhere we wanted to go. We will def. Be back !

Great Getaway!

Quaint little house located on a quiet street. Just a short walk to all that downtown GrandHaven has to offer…restaurants, breweries, boats and the beach. Highly recommend!

An awesome 4th of July stay…

This is a cozy little cottage with lots of vintage charm! The management company was absolutely fabulous to work with. You can’t beat the location. It was within walking distance to everything!

Vacation review

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property with our dog over a long weekend. We loved the location and how close it was to all the main attractions in Grand Haven. We were able to walk to almost everything, and enjoyed all the local restaurants, state parks, and state Park near by. We felt safe staying at this property, and would return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The selling point is the location-neighborhood is nice and quiet. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops and the beach is about a 20-25 minute walk. The house was clean, kitchen has what you need (appliances are dated but work fine) and bed was comfortable. Backyard is large and it has a small patio area. This house is ideal for 2 people or a couple with a small child.

Outstanding location!!

The location can’t be topped, 5 min walk to downtown or the boardwalk but in a quite neighborhood location with a peaceful backyard. The house is functional for 2 people. The fees are too high - the most fees I’ve paid on the smallest space

Cute House Close to Downtown and Beach

We had a great stay at this little house for a long weekend getaway. Our two girls were planning on sleeping on the pull out sofa but the mattress was not comfortable at all. Luckily they were both able to sleep on the couch and the love seat. This house was an easy walk to downtown and took us about 25 minutes to walk to the beach which was doable. The area was quiet and felt very safe as well.

Great location. Can not be beat for the price. Overall, the property and lodging could use a little

The property was a little run down. Yes it is older, however, being in a nice neighborhood, it would be nice if the general cosmetic eas freshened up a bit. Wouldnt take much. Yard is partially fenced in, neighborhood is very nice. Bed needs a new matress.

Enjoyed our stay

We brought our pup with us and that worked out well. Dogs were allowed at all the patios we dined at in town. We wanted to take our dog to the beach but the beach we walked to did not allow pets and charged a fee. We drove to a dog beach instead. (Kuse beach?) That was good! Internet and A/C were good. I might suggest keeping a blow dryer at the cottage for guests. Great little place to get away 😊

Cute and clean

Pet-friendliness is so important to us, as our two pups are our family and travel with us wherever we go. Despite this being a home that allows pets, it showed no negative signs of being so. The home was very clean, no odd odors, etc. Bed was comfy, though it seems to be a queen, not a king. AC worked well. The home was in a nice location within walking distance to the center of town, lots of restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. It was perfect for our stay, and we would return next time we are in the area.

Absolutely amazing location for walking around Grand Haven. House is essentially as shown in the pictures provided, home has a lot of character. Only qualm as someone traveling with pets is the backyard isn’t completely fenced in but we loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Best part was the location - only 2 blocks from Grand Haven downtown. Check in was easy and smooth and I appreciate how many towels they had! Some things to keep in mind:The property listing isn't accurate: there is NO fenced in backyard, so keep in mind if you have a dog. This is an old house, so the floors are very creaky. Keep in mind for sleeping purposes. I used the texting service with the property management company, but never received a response when I sent a message. All in all, very convenient location!
