Great place if you are just looking for a place for the group to sleep for the night. Wouldn’t say it’s necessarily a great hang out location. Living room has only one small couch. Location is kind of sketchy in the ghetto, but we didn’t have any issues.

This is an old house. It has some new updates and some old home charm. We had a great time. The stairs are all a little steep, as most older homes are, so it may be difficult for some older renters. Bathrooms are on top and basement floors. This isn't an issue for most people but should be mentioned. There was very clear and quick communication from the host. Games in the house gave us a lot of enjoyment and family time while there. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths for the stay. Overall a very pleasing stay.

The check-in process was extremely easy, which made arriving stress-free. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax after the wedding festivities. Plus, the location was ideal—just a short distance from the wedding reception venue, which made commuting effortless. Overall, I would recommend to anyone who wants a low key place in visiting the area.

Outside of house was very unkept. Air conditioning was set & house was very warm & uncomfortable. Pictures shown were not at all a true picture of the house. Raccoons are in the attic & could be heard all night.

We stayed here for our wedding in Dayton and booked it for our wedding party traveling from out of town. It was absolutely perfect! The house had plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for a busy wedding weekend. The location is also super convenient, especially being so close to UD. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The accommodations met our expectation in terms of providing all the necessities at the right price. Street parking for our oversized vehicle was available right outside of the house’s front door. The ring cam offered a feeling of safety since it pointed at our vehicle overnight. Utilities all worked appropriately. Communication with Sam, the host, was prompt and professional. House was well stocked with needed items (towels, bedding, hair dryer, and everyday kitchen items). Bedding, towels, bathrooms, and kitchen appliances were all very clean. The house overall is well-loved in terms of cosmetics which was ok for us since we traveled with our kids and didn’t want to worry about a scratch or scuff. Overall, it worked perfectly for our stay.

Clean and comfortable

The property was clean. The only thing I didn’t think of is my “old knees” and the stairs. Plenty of street parking and room to move around. Not a lot of living room seating so we mostly sat at dining room table. Thank you!

Nice Stay

This home is located just outside of off campus housing and the owner is updating nicely. The livingroom is small for a large group watching tv or hanging out but the kids (teenagers) were fine sitting on blankets and playing cards. We had 7 in our group 5 teens and everyone had their own space when needed. The location was convient to the Air Force Museum and other attractions we had time to see. The owner was responsive to questions. Easy check in and out instructions.
